The Hotel staff to a person were extremely friendly and could not do enough to help you. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the location close to everything but just a few hundred metres from the noise so was perfect. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Location was excellent. Close to everything and some nice bars out front. The hotel smells divine. The trip was to celebrate my sons birthday and Bruno and Miriam went above and beyond with a nice message for my sons birthday upon arrival with a plate of cookies, and on his birthday a complimentary bottle of bubbly. So nice!
The roof top pool could have been a little larger and more space for sun lounges around the pool. We could only use it once during our trip however there were ample sun loungers in other areas just not near the pool.

The location is amazing and situated in a lovely square. The staff are friendly and the hotel was kept nice and clean, with fresh water provided daily. The rooftop bar was also nice.
There are a lot of stairs, some are a really weird shape and a bit of a hazard. When we got there we weren’t informed the pool had been shut for maintenance, one of the reasons we picked this hotel. Also there is no air con in the room and they are so hot and uncomfortable. Reception dismissed me quickly when I asked for help with the temperature so it must be an ongoing issue.
