The location was great at the edge of the Barrio de Santa Cruz and close to the Bus station of the Prado de San Sebastián where I had to get my coach. The room was a good size and cute.
Although the staff was very helpful, the check-in and communication was all online.

The location in the Santa Cruz district and close to the Murillo Gardens was excellent. The air conditioning was efficient, there was a kettle with tea and coffee (no milk, though) and a large bottle of water, and the bathroom was spacious and had a hairdryer. The check in was done online, and the entry code was sent in good time.
There were various things, which, individually were not major issues but added up. One of the sockets was behind the pillows, rendering it unusable; the code to open the door did not always work; the position of the TV meant we had to duck every time we went into the bathroom and be careful when opening the door to the room; the bed was hard (although I appreciate this is a matter of personal taste); the rooms appear far more spacious in the photos than in real life.

Location is excellent
It was difficult to find accommodation, but the staff was friendly and explained everything.
