It is a great hotel to stay with ability to explore Seville!
The location of the hotel make the movement in the city easier, you do not need to think where to park the car, you can easily use the city transport till around 12PM, because two bus stops are right near the hotel.
There are a couple of cafes and shops around, but there is a great restaurant inside the hotel, so you don't even need to go out.
Friendly staff, tasty breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, ability to use the pool (in the summer) and the gym.

At first glance, the area looks a bit rough, but inside the hotel you feel safe and comfortable.

It was quiet, well equipped, parque amate is really nice in the morning
It had a bad smell in lobby and rooms, like sewage, pool is tiny and cold, room is not very bright, location is sort of close to airport but you have to walk a ways to get anywhere like restaurants
