The ergonomics of the hotel. Very smart planning for things like luggage placement, and filtered water in hallway to save the plastic use/planet. Loved it also app, position, position, position.
Reception didn't have a smooth work flow. The reception staff were lovely and patient though.

Comfortable bed and clean, and room had air con. It was nice having the bar and rooftop terrace. Cold drinking water available on all floors.
Staff were a bit rude and bar service was slow.
The location is OK, about 25 min walk to the centre, but next time I would choose somewhere in the centre/old town for convenience.
