Booked the hotel due to a conference at a local university so it was good to be out of town with the possibility of free parking right in front of the hotel. The room itself was clean, modern and comfortable. Bus stop in front of the entrance provided a direct route straight to the centre of Seville.
Food in the restaurant was limited and not great, but the lack of any other restaurants nearby gives you no choice. A supermarket 10 minutes walk away is the only hope. I expected better in Spain and for the hotel price.

Bed was comfortable and bus right outside hotel was convenient into Seville centre
Needs refurbishment was more like a student hostel than a 4 star hotel
Bathroom needs updating, coffee machine not working properly and fridge was not even plugged in
