What stood out most during our stay was the genuine courtesy and attention of the staff. Every time my wife and I returned to the hotel, the reception team greeted us warmly, which made us feel very welcome.
One moment deserves a special mention. At around 1:20 a.m., I called reception to ask for more beer for the minibar after we had finished the two cans in our room. Despite the late hour, the gentleman with glasses at reception personally brought two cans up to us. I really appreciated his willingness to help and would like to thank him for that thoughtful service.
The housekeeping team was also excellent. Our room was cleaned very thoroughly, with impressive attention to detail. I even noticed a member of the team applying a scented spray to the mop before making a final pass over the floor. The housekeeping staff were always courteous and professional.
Breakfast was another highlight, with a lovely variety of sweet and savoury options, including pastries, cakes, eggs, cheeses, fresh fruit, cereals, nuts and seeds. The breakfast staff were always very polite.
We also really appreciated the complimentary refreshments near reception — especially the lemon-infused water, croissants and the coffee machine serving freshly ground coffee later in the morning.
The location was excellent for exploring Seville, with many attractions, restaurants, cafés and shops within easy walking distance. The room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well, and the shower and bathroom fittings felt sturdy and well maintained.
The hotel itself also has a lot of character, from its beautiful façade and balconies to the elegant interior with columns, marble flooring, colourful flowers and comfortable seating.
Overall, it was the everyday kindness of the reception, housekeeping and breakfast teams that made our stay especially memorable. We would happily return.

If you choose "picnic" breakfast (for takeaway instead of staying at the buffet) they give you a very very basic thing compared to what they offer when eating in (which is actually really nice).
The cleaning done was kinda superficial and very minimal.. we stayed 4 nights and I don't think they changed the bedsheet at all.
