That was my second stay in the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Someone took care of my luggage as soon as I entered, brought it to the room, and showed me around the room. They offered a cold drink as well as a welcome.
The location is brilliant right in the centre at 5 minutes from the cathedral, very good for restaurants and shopping as well.

The staff were friendly and we loved the rooftop bar and the lounge area with tea, coffee and biscuits.
Our bed was a bit soft for our taste

The location was perfect with everything we wanted to see within an easy walk.
It is a beautiful, historic property but the room furnishings and the rooftop lounge furniture are a bit tired
