Pool was wonderful to escape the heat and the location was perfect.
The room wasn’t the best for the price point. It was all and lots of things didn’t work or were broken.

The location was in the heart of Sevilla. Very close to the shops, restaurants and different tourist spots. They also gave us some biscuits and a balloon to celebrate our honeymoon.
The room was quite small and there was a big column in the middle of the room creating such a hassle and can lead to injuries.
Also the breakfast, very small and repetitive options everyday.

All of the staff from the valet to everyone that works behind the scenes were amazing.
The staff at checkin. They speak down to guests who may appear to dress different or bummy. They seems to have this attitude of I am above you and it's really unsettling. I worked at one of the premiere 5 Star hotels in Miami Beach many years ago, where this kind of attitude was expected, but not once did the check in staff ever make a person feel less than. Its sad, I rented two rooms and was looking forward to staying there but after one night, I switched hotels because I couldn't stomach seeing how that particular hotel staff degrades the customers all for not wearing Prada or Armani when they walk in the door.
