The location was so walkable to everything.
The room was so zen, amazing AC, huge bed and incredible rain shower!
The staff were lovely.
We loved the small fitness centre!
The way our room was positioned meant we had to hear the beeping of the loading lorries at night and early morning for El Cortes Ingles.

Well located, nice room, very good reception team.
Communication and quality of staff in restaurant/ kitchen not as good. Got breakfast order wring 3 days in a row. Kitchen closed 15 minutes before 10.30 because the chef decided this was the thing. Got sorted by manager in the end.
Pool bar shut early ( before 11.45pm) was odd.

An absolutely excellent hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, respectful, and professional throughout our stay.
The service was outstanding, and the location could not have been better. Everything you need is very close to the hotel shops and supermarkets are only around 5–8 minutes away, and there is a huge variety of restaurants all around the area.
The location is extremely convenient, the service is excellent, and overall the experience was far beyond my expectations.
I would honestly recommend this hotel 300%! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
In short, an exceptional hotel and definitely one I would stay at again.
The only thing that disappointed me during my stay was the very limited late-night room service menu.
When I got hungry at around 11:00 PM, there were only three food options available: pizza, pasta, and a pork sandwich. I then asked if it would be possible to order something extremely simple, such as French fries or toast with cheese and tomato, but unfortunately I was told this could not be prepared because the chef finishes at 10:00 PM.
In my opinion, for a hotel of this standard, the late-night room service offering should be a little more flexible. I completely understand that the full kitchen cannot operate all night, but I do think there should be at least one member of staff available to prepare a small selection of simple dishes until around midnight.
It would also be helpful if guests were informed about the limited room service hours and menu during check-in, so they can plan accordingly.
Apart from this point, my overall experience at the hotel was excellent.
