What a warm welcome on our arrival! Our check in was smooth and the lovely girl on the front desk was so welcoming even in the 43 degree heat! Great position so close to the Setas de Sevilla and all other sights within around 15-20 min walking distance. Some great wine bars and restaurants close by too.
The welcome basket and fresh oranges for juicing with the provided juicer, was a lovely touch and the best juice we had in Spain!
The pool and rooftop area looked lovely and provided great views, but the water was even too hot for us to swim in due to the heatwave.

Location was very good. Easy walk to all locations.
Good air conditioning. Facilities available good.
Staff excellent. Maybe one man we saw only once could have at least engaged us rather than turn his back to maybe do something else.

The location is very convenient near restaurants and pedestrian area. The room was very clean, modern and supplied with snacks, water, coffee caps and household items included in the price, which was very nice. Air conditioning functions well.
