The apartment was down a quiet side street, yet only a 10-15 minute pleasant stroll to the cathedral, alcazar etc. The room itself was spacious with very high ceilings and good air-con (needed, as 40°c outside). The staff at the desk were very pleasant and helpful in booking taxis etc. I have to particularly mention Claudia who went above and beyond to make our stay a good one, even to the the point of leaving a bottle of cava and a box of chocolates in our room, as it was our 50th wedding anniversary.
On our arrival, our booked room had a lingering unpleasant smell. Claudia was really apologetic, and as soon as was possible, we were transferred to another apartment, with no further issues. This did not spoil our stay.

Best possible location, bang in the middle of where you want to be. Gorgeous building, very authentic. Nice, modern apartments with super high ceilings. Would rather stay here than at a hotel. Claudia at reception was fantastic and very very helpful (available from 09:30-18:30 every day). Even though it’s not a hotel, they did have arrangements with a restaurant whereby you could effectively order room service until 01:00 which was quite thoughtful imo. Cute rooftop pool area. 10/10 recommend, would not hesitate to return. We stayed in the superior suite (apartment 14).
Small things, just for some constructive feedback. The bathroom’s shower was a tad grungy/outdated (nothing major, just wasn’t very luxurious). The gym upstairs wasn’t very inviting and could use an upgrade.

The location was brilliant and the staff in particular Claudia was very friendly, approachable and no request felt like too much. Thanks Claudia for all your help, your smile friendliness and willingness to help made our holiday all the more special.
Overall we were happy. The pillows were a little too soft and we would have appreciated some more choice or options in that regard.

Hotel is centrally located. Staff were great! Contacting me prior to my stay making sure arrival was smooth! Hotel is lovely in every respect. We will be returning.
