Excellent Tapas and sights

The hotel is very central and pretty close to every thing. We walked everywhere and for two over 70 years old that was awesome. The hotel also provide hot breakfast on order although we did not try it as we were happy with the buffer. The staff were helpful and wonderful. They even put celebration balloons, chocolates and battery candles for my birthday. Great touch as it was one of the reasons to go to Sevilla.

Unfortunately, on one rainy day there were quite a few leaks. We were woken up by something that keeps dripping and it took us quite a while to get back to sleep

Incredible service in an amazing well located hotel

Was incredible, the level of personalisation of the service was great, without any request, they noticed that next day was my wife birthday and she got a small decorated cake and a candle for breakfast, really amazing level of detail and attention to guests

Accueil, amabilité du personnel de réception et de chambre. Qualité du petit déjeuner. Proximité du centre historique.

La chambre occupée était située sous la terrasse. Fortes nuisances sonores dues aux raclements des chaises sur le sol durant la nuit jusqu'à la fermeture du toit terrasse.

Love the location its tuck away however close to all destinations you will be surprised!. Love it

I love the team at Hotel Unuk. It was our first time visiting Spain from the moment we walked, and their service was outstanding when we left. I love the breakfast. There are lots of options. Will come back for sure.

A wonderful modern hotel ideal for a city break

An excellent modern hotel located central to the main tourist areas in a vibrant neighbourhood. The design of the hotel is modern but with a regional feel. We found the hotel staff friendly and knowledgeable. The rooftop restaurant is worth visiting, we found the food there to be excellent, together with a good regional wine selection. When not exploring the many sights of Seville we found the rooftop pool an ideal retreat. The room was comfortable and stylish.

lovely staff very helpful, lovely breakfast and very relaxed

it had a nice quiet location but was then easy to get into the areas of interest

the only thing I would say is the pool would have been nicer to be bigger , but that’s being so picky it was lovely

Fantastic luxueus hotel in the heart of Sevilla 💝

Very friendly and luxueus hotel. Very good Breakfast. We were there also with a wheelchair and they did everything to make it comfotable for my daughter and the whole family. We will come back

Excellent location and super luxurious

Very luxurious and super friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was amazing!

Expensive

The room did not match what we thought we had booked. I think this is probably caused because the room images are shared in the booking portals.

Cost of upgrade to a suitable room configuration was prohibitive and in my view and disproportionate to the added value.

Very nice hotel to stay in

Modern and clean hotel. Breakfast was great, love the glass of detox in the morning and we really like the extra door between the two rooms. It gives a bit more privacy space between our two rooms. Shower water pressure also really good. Love the balcony area where we can lay down and chill

Lovely, clean and modern facilities. Comfortable beds. Wonderful service. Would recommend for those that are looking for a higher-end, convenient location to stay in Seville.

Fabulous boutique hotel in a great location with lovely staff and rooms.

Great breakfast with fresh quality ingredients. Location was fantastic and minutes from the lovely old centre.

Restaurant food service was a little slow but it is Spain so we just chilled and went with it.

Exceptional

Wonderful, friendly and vwery welcoming staff who can't do enough for you only add to the hotel's already excellent facilities and comfort. From the room service, the breakfast, the gym and massage area and rooftop pool and restaurant, the hotel doesn't fault for anything. On top of the all this is the excellent location in the heart of the old town and less than ten minuts walk from the cathedral. Inall, an excellent five-star hotel which I would fully recommend.

Nothing. Maybe the breakfast could start a little earlier. I'm an early riser and 8.30 seems a little late to me. But it wouldn't be a complaint and certainly wouldn't stop me from returning.

the room was super comfortable and central location was great to walk around Seville.

the only thing the hotel is lacking is a spa. however they booked me a wonderful massage experience but just be aware it’s done in the sauna wellness room so it’s not a dark and quiet room ideal for a massage. But the massage therapist was fabulous!

The location of the hotel is fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all all times, helping to find us suitable pillows etc. The blackout curtains in the bedrooms are excellent! Aside from the ant problem, the room was clean.

The room had a huge ant problem. Not really an ideal way to spend your holiday having to kill ants. The bathroom was the main area where they were coming in but they did travel around the room including into our beds. The description on Booking.com is misleading, as it indicates there are 3 beds. It says: Bedroom (1 Extra large double bed AND 1 sofa bed) plus Living Room (1 sofa bed). There is no separate living or bedroom here, it's all one room and there are only 2 beds - one large double bed and one sofa bed. The room is a little noisy.
