Really attentive, polite staff....made us feel really welcome. Superb breakfast....huge choice and excellent quality overall. This was a birthday celebration break - Cake, card and balloons waiting in our upgraded room on arrival! Our room had a huge terrace with a hot tub....great shower and Clarins toiletries. Comfy bed too. We had a fabulous stay.
More staff available to serve breakfast. Service was impeccable on day one but then it got a little flustered. Clearly short staffed but they did their best to accommodate everybody.

We had a wonderful three-night stay at Vincci Selección Unuk 5 GL Sevilla and were extremely happy with our choice.
The location is fantastic – right in the heart of Seville’s old town, with all the main sights, restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance. We hardly needed any transportation during our stay.
Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent as well, with lovely high-quality toiletries and little details that made the stay feel even more special.
Breakfast was one of the highlights. Most dishes are freshly prepared to order, complemented by a small buffet, and everything we tried was delicious. The quality of the food was excellent.
The rooftop area is another great feature. There is a small pool, and when we visited we had it completely to ourselves, which made it especially relaxing. There is also a rooftop bar which looked very inviting, although unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it.
Overall, a beautiful boutique hotel in an unbeatable location, with excellent food, comfortable rooms and great attention to detail. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Seville. Highly recommended!

Fantastic hotel, Clarins products in the bathroom as well as deodorant, mouth wash and a bamboo loofah- that was a very nice treat.
I would certainly recommend this as the hotel to stay in when visiting Seville.
Hotel bedroom was lovely particularly as I was upgraded to a larger room - but I am sure the smaller room would have been suitable for a 3 night stay. Everything you needed was in the room apart from Earl Grey teabags so take your own!
Brilliant location, everything I wanted to see and visit was in walking distance. The hotel was only a 10 minute taxi ride from the train station.
The Hotel staff were all lovely, helpful and cheerful - so thank you all very much.
Please put Earl Grey teabags in the bedroom

-The location is very good, convenient - we were able to walk everywhere.
-Staff is welcoming.
-We had two drinks at the rooftop area and received 20% discount as well which was nice.
-The rooms facing the inner court was very dark, we had to have the lights on even during the day.
-The shower had mould so asked the hotel staff to get rid of it, they came in and used a chemical to remove this.
-Ideally it would be nice to not have to deal with this given its a five star hotel but the response was immediate.
