Perfect location, easy walk to all attractions, plus bars and restaurants, upgraded to city view room as it was our anniversary. Everything.perfect with room - plugs by beds, comfy, juliet balconies x 2. Breakfast varied and plentiful and staff extremely helpful and courteous

The excellent location, pleasant staff, and extremely comfortable beds, all made our stay at Intelier Casa de Indias exceptional.
There was nothing to dislike about this property, although don’t expect much from the pool.😀

Location was good except for the construction.
Very noisy. All the room doors face are common atrium area that's open four stories so you hear everything in the entire building. You even hear people talking down at the front desk.
And the door closer mechanisms on the rooms make all the doors slam loudly rather than closing softly.
I ran out of coffee pods because I wasn't getting my room cleaned every day and I asked the maid in the hallway for some coffee pods. I asked for four but she refused but only give me two. That's absolutely ridiculous such pettiness on a fairly expensive room. Also the rooftop pool bar area is pretty much useless because it's so hot. They need more shading and ceiling fans over the bar and wall mounted fans.
