Central location you couldn’t be closer to the centre. We could see the cathedral from the roof top pool. Old world charm of the building and decorations. Late check out time is a real bonus.
The fact it had a pool in the middle of this bustling city was great.
Hit and miss reception staff. I witnessed the lady who checked people in and gave them lots of information and advice we had the older gentleman who did not tell us anything.
Not being able to flush toilet paper seems very bad in this day and age.
Small cups are no good for a cup of tea.
No loungers by the pool had to sit on leatherette seats in 40 degree heat.

The location was perfect. The hotel room was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly especially in the terrace area. Would definitely stay there again.

Location was fantastic - next to the cathedral - so central to all tourist attractions.
Scaffolding up against window - awoken by builders right outside our window and drilling above the window.
