Hotel con encanto

Sin duda, lo mejor de todo es la ubicación. Tienes muchos puntos de interés de la ciudad a solo unos minutos a pie. A valorar también el magnífico trato del personal de recepción. Todo fueron facilidades. Es un hotel boutique con solo 18 habitaciones, en una zona muy tranquila para el descanso.

Nada que ver con el hotel o su servicio... Nos fuimos con pena de no poder probar la bañera que nuestra habitación tenía en la terraza, con vistas a los jardines del Real Alcázar. ¡Pero es que nos diluvió! :(

Perfect, a hotel that cares about providing quality

Location perfect, immaculately clean and well maintained, attention to detail ( iced lemon water on tap at the main door) attentive staff but without overdoing it, room facilities excellent, bed huge comfortable, breakfast was wonderful. The best hotel we stayed at on our road trip through Spain and Portugal

There was nothing to fault about the hotel. Staff brilliant so friendly and couldn't do enough. Breakfast was fabulous. Will be back and will highly recommend it.

Very good stay overall

Location was very good in the center, the breakfast was excellent and delicious, all girls at the breakfast were amazing, hotel reminds of a home in Seville so gives a nice different “stay”.

Lovely hotel with extremely comfortable beds and very helpful staff

The hotel is in a fabulous location and was very convenient to everything. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very filling and tasty. Also the afternoon tea (merienda) in the afternoon was a nice touch. Staff were extremely helpful.

Our room had only one small window which faced an internal covered courtyard so it was quite dark. I looked on the map of the hotel and I think we had the only room with this issue.

I'll be back!

I got upgraded and the room was really nice and clean, with a small balcony with flowers. Breakfast was excellent and the staff customized my food based on my needs without following the menu. Everything really tasty.

Excellent stay. Would definitely recommend

Location is phenomenal. Walking distance to everything. We especially enjoyed breakfast . Food was delicious and plentiful.

We were very comfortable but mattress was on the firm side.

The location is both central and quiet. The staff are wonderful and the breakfasts are terrific.

We stayed in one of the three rooms on the second floor with an outside terrace and superb views across the gardens of the Royal Palace.

good location, room was nice with large bathroom, coffee/tea provided in the room, tea/snack every afternoon, friendly, helpful staff. hotel is walkable to many cafes, restaurants, shops and activities.

Lovely

This property is conveniently located in the heart of Seville. it’s an old section of the real alcazar hence the name. You can walk to everything from here and get back quickly. The courtyard is quiet and you can hear the horses on the cobblestone streets. It’s lovely!

This property has an amazing location next to main touristic attractions, but still in a relatively quiet street. The staff was very helpful and polite, and we even got upgraded for a better room than the one we had initially reserved. Room was big, modern, clean. Definitely a good stay in the heart of Sevilla!

What an amazing hotel. We had a spacious room with an jacuzzi bathtub on the upper floor, a big and comfotable bed and a lovely bath. Breakfast is a la carte which is my favorite breakfast option, everything fresh and tasty. The staff is super friendly and helpful, you really feel appreciated. Location is super central, within a few steps you reach every touristical important places and parking within a few minutes away.

Best accommodation ever!

Location was perfect. Walking distance to every tourist attraction and lanes of restaurants. Staff were lovely and reliable, very hospitable. Breakfast was the real catch. Everyone should opt for it. Stayed on the first floor right by the reception and the room was great. Big bathroom and comfy bed. Very convenient all in all.

Nothing to dislike. Absolutely love this accommodation.
