Perfectly located, but not 5* experience

- Location was amazing, very close to the main sights - The breakfast was great with lots of options! - Rooms were a good size - The food in the restaurant for dinner was lovely

- The rooms were cleaned quite late in the day - on one day we returned to the room at 5pm and it still hadn't been cleaned. This also meant that early check in is not available - The rooms weren't cleaned very well, in addition on the first day we had been left with a dirty towel from the previous guests (luckily we spotted this before use!) - The pool area: lots of unsightly areas cornered off and noisy works occurring in the morning. Pool wasn't heated and was cold. No service in the pool bar until mid afternoon, which was slow (just 1 person serving). There was a wedding occurring immediately adjacent to the hotel pool, which was lovely, but very noisy - The main courtyard area had very slow service despite a number of waiters. We waited for 50 minutes for a drink and ended up leaving before it arrived as we were going to be late for dinner - Bathrooms in the rooms were quite dated and in need of modernisation

Very disappointing, poor service to residential guests - full focus on booked events and attendees

Location and history, comfy bed and Byredo toiletries

3 x events during our stay Photo shoot, holy communion and business event - smokers from said event all smoking at the beautiful entrance of hotel, had to walk through a cloud of smoke to leave. Reception staff couldn’t care less. American cocktail bar 1 member of staff, all other staff focused on commercial event, had to leave and head to Cappuccino for our nightcap Hotel was like Piccadilly Circus - tourist attraction, so many non guests wandering around Cleaning team on duty literally all day, noisy and NOT discreet; worst cleaning set up I’ve ever experienced. It’s our 3rd stay but 1st since Pandemic, it has changed immeasurably - we will return to beautiful Sevilla but not this once beautiful hotel. I had hoped for a lounge on sofas on our last night with a nightcap but commercial event had all this area cordoned off. Shane on you …

The hotel is absolutely stunning and perfectly situated in the city centre.

Wonderful historic hotel. Very friendly staff. Great tour by Carla. Restaurant is excellent with a great team led by Tomas.

Regulate which taxis pick up there. Our taxi was ancient, tiny and driver unfriendly and unhelpful.

奢华精美的设计风格，漂亮的中庭咖啡厅使朝向酒店内侧的房间也有一定观景。酒店位置在塞维利亚毫无疑问是最佳，本身作为历史建筑也颇能吸引游人驻足观看。客房虽不大，但各功能分区很明确，设施维护也很好，可以让客人有个舒适的睡眠。作为老牌五星酒店，整体服务水平在平均水准，至少服务人员能够脸上挂着笑容说话；英语水平也都在线。

刚入住房间不到一小时，房门在无人敲门或询问的情况下直接被人刷卡打开了，猜测是保洁人员未确认是否有住店客人就开门准备打扫，这个有点惊悚，也根本不应该发生在一家五星级酒店，必须扣一分。早餐种类偏少，补充食物的速度较慢。泳池开放时间太短（11:00am-9:00pm）

Amazing hotel.

The hotel is a beautifull landmark a destination on its own. The grand deluxe room. Spectacular. Great pool with an amazing happy pool staff. Big shout out! Got the feeling people really love their job. Staff at breakfast also very nice, at Ena also very nice and professional. Try the Alfonso sprits

Excellent location! Gorgeous hotel very clean and front desk somewhat helpful. A classy place and architect was unbelievably amazing. Lots of small touches to stay more comfortable. overall, I would definitely stay there again😊‼️

Room was on the smaller side. Some of the lighting didn't work. The shower was really hard to understand and work. Breakfast was not super great but a lot of choices and didn't have much flavor and not hot. The staff could've explain how to get around the city better. We suggest that you call Uber instead of taking their suggestions and walking everywhere especially when it was so hot.

Hotel was beautiful. Room spacious. Bed very comfortable. Great staff. Location perfect for main attractions in Seville.

No kettle in the room. Difficult to get a bed by the pool in the afternoon and we were there in low season!!

This is a leading hotel in every way. So much detailed comfort. Excellent services, and a great breakfast! Very attentive and helpful in every way. Definitely amongst the best hotels in the world, hard to beat or expect any more.

It was very nice and I would stay again if I was visiting Seville again, but it was not perfect.

Location is excellent and the pool and outside areas a very beautiful - a pleasant escape from the heat.

The staff were not very helpful. There was no help with getting my car from the carpark and a long delay on getting our bags to our rooms.
