The property itself is lovely, located in a quiet street in the heart of town. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.
A/C barely worked, there were no external windows to open and I couldn’t breathe at night to the point that I went to the reception at 2 AM and asked if they could do something about it. They brought a fan, which helped slightly, but overall I wouldn’t recommend this place - we checked several other rooms and it was the same thing with all of them.

Sevilla Santa Cruz negyedének központjában található a hotel egy csendes, szúk, romantikus kis utcában, karnyújtásnyira az Alcázar palotától, a Giraldatól, a Katedrálistól, és sok más nevezetességtől. A közelben számos kis bolt, vendéglátóhely biztosítja az odalátogatók igényeit. A szálloda igen kellemes atmoszférájú, csendes, légkondícionált. Az ágyak kényelmesek. A fürdőszoba szép, megfelel a mai kor igényeinek. Az ár/érték arány reális. Autó nem fér el a szűk utcában, de a közelben található parkolóházban ott lehet hagyni az autót, s gyalogosan megközelíteni a hotelt.

Location very strategic and room was clean
The bed was not comfortable and the air conditioning was very noisy and not working well. Additionally I was charged double the price they tipically have in the same period (this shouldn’t happen if the room is the last one available you cannot charge guests double the price itysimply unfair)
