Location was the best. Lovely picturesque quiet square and very close to the cathedral. Great terrace, comfy beds and friendly staff.
Nothing I didn’t like. The most minor thing, would be better to have larger cups. Only tiny ones were provided in the room, not great for tea!!!

Excellent location. Lovely plaza right out front. Staff was very helpful. Room was small but perfect for 2 who are out sightseeing. The staff helped us arrange a taxi to the airport and stored luggage. We would stay here again.

The staff was very helpful, the people working there are truly friendly and responded to my requests immediately. The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the location.
I understand it's just a 3-star standard, but the room was very hot. The air conditioning was quite loud and ineffective. The staff did their best, but it seems to be the fault of an outdated AC system. Honestly, for this reason alone, it was one of the worst places I've ever stayed at.
