Location is perfect , in the Santa Cruz area close to the palace and cathedral. Comfy bed, good shower and air conditioning.
You had to move the kettle to the bedside cabinet to plug it in and it would have been great to have had a fridge.

What we liked most was the excellent location. Everything in fhe old city is within a walking distance. The property was clean and it was easy to explore the main attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot.
What I didn’t like was that check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., which means that if you arrive early, you lose a large part of the day. Check-out is also quite early at 11:00 a.m., so you don’t get much time to enjoy the accommodation on your last day. In addition, I would not recommend driving to the property or into Seville’s old town. The streets are very narrow, and it can be stressful to drive there, with a risk of scratching or damaging your car.

Room was a good size and in a good location in Seville.
There is no reception despite what it might say below. There is no contact with human beings at any point and therefore it’s very difficult for any flexibility. To get to the suite you have to enter through a restaurant which feels mildly intrusive. As soon as you leave the suite it smells of cooking due to the restaurant. Restaurant is very noisy with people and then later cleaning up with banging of crockery and lots of breaking glass until close to 1am. Also woken up early by lots of noise. The bathroom absolutely stank of sewage, so badly we kept the door closed at all times. Not a pleasant experience when using the shower due to the smell and the water making the entire bathroom wet, including the floor by the loo.
