Tired , coffe machine in room , didn’t see any staff. Not a hotel .

We were expecting a flexible check-in, which was possible since they do not have a permanent receptionist personal at the house. Nevertheless, all the information was given in detail the check-in was smooth. The house was great, relaxing music at the entry, amazing room, very comfortable and with all the necessary toiletry. Great coffee capsules were included. Air-conditioning was available, which help to endure the hot summer weather in Seville. All our needs were rapidly attended by the responsible whenever necessary. Locations is amazing since you can reach all the important places by foot. I would definitely choose this place again in a future visit.

The location was good as well as the bed
The room is not soundproofed at all. When the person in neighboring room had to use the toilet at 3 AM, we were not spared any details. The same when the last person came into his room at 1 AM.
I was looking for a hotel room and not a privately rented out lodging. First thing we notice: hotel door is closed. We had to fill the reception forms for both in all details before receiving the door keys. Second there is no reception desk in this building and we had to continue online for all further details.
