Lovely place right by the metro, very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were great too.

Sparkling clean, good transport links to city centre, felt like a safe location, cool decor.
All the cleaning staff were super friendly and accommodating and did a superb job.
The bar restaurant next door - Catalina’s - is fantastic - lovely staff and really delicious food.
One female staff member on reception was very unpleasant and cold and made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Bar and restaurant staff were also cold and unfriendly so we only tried once and chose to go elsewhere for meals and drinks at the end of each day. Pool is small and needs a good clean - ring of dirt all round the sides and tables all sticky with drinks marks. Pool toilet never had any toilet paper. We booked a suite which was supposed to have two soft drinks two beers coffee tea and water included each day - we asked for alternative soft drinks to Coca Cola as we don’t ever drink that - it never happened and we had to constantly ask for the two beers. No milks were ever left and again we kept having to ask. No food option available beyond breakfast for the first three days of our stay. Such a shame as the hotel interior looks beautiful but the atmosphere provided by the staff does not match that!
