Stay was short but will definitely come again. Staff were wonderful.

Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Everything was very nice, staff were very helpful and made us feel like royalty. Wish we could have stayed longer :-)

Sehr zentrale Lage, saubere Zimmer und super nettes Personal!

Dachterrasse geschlossen. Die Schließung des Pools verstehe ich, aber einen Blick von dort oben wäre bestimmt toll gewesen.

Very nice stay and will stay again.

Room is spacious, clean and cosy. Location is great. Not too far from train station or key attractions. Staff is friendly too.

The parking. As usual for all european's carparks, the spacing is very narrow.

Location is everything when travelling by public transport

Location is everything, particularly when travelling by train. The hotel was less than a 10 minute walk from Santa Justa Station. The street is busy but there was very little noise once inside. A big thing for us is having windows that open. They do - and also have external shutters to keep out the noise/light. Curtains more for decoration. The room was spacious with a large shower room - the shower the length of a bath and some. All the usual toiletries. We didn't use the bar or have the hotel breakfast. The breakfast is 15 euros per person (Nov 2023). I'm sure it's perfectly fine but always more than we want to eat and local bars always fit the bill as far as we're concerned. There are plenty of local bars around the hotel so no need to go far. The bus station is very easy to get to from the hotel - take the C4 circular bus. Turn left out of the hotel and turn right on the main road. It was about a 20-25 minute walk into the centre of Sevilla. Again, plenty of buses to and from the centre. A flat fare of 1.40 euro.

Nice hotel, quiet but central location

Great breakfast, nice and well furnished guest rooms and very helpful staff in the restaurant and at the front desk. On my next trip to Sevilla, will choose the same hotel.

Gut gelegenes Hotel. Geeignet für Städtetrip.

Sehr schönes Zimmer in Innenhoflage. Im Innenhof gab es Bänke und Brunnen. Zimmer und Badezimmer ausreichend groß. Sehr schöne Dusche. Hotel am Rande der Altstadt gelegen, Plaza Mayor in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Restaurant und Bar schließen für spanische und Hotelverhältnisse sehr früh.

Fabulous city, easy to navigate with lots to do and visit.

Great choice of breakfast. Large room and very clean. Excellent location, walking distance to all we wanted to see. Some fabulous place to eat, almost on our doorstep.

Lovely complimentary things in the bathroom, but a bigger pack of tissues rather than the small pack of 4 tissues would have been even better. The safe didn't work and although they were quick to send someone, they couldn't fix it, so that was a little inconvenient.

Beautiful hotel, brilliant staff

Staff were so friendly and always happy to help. Hotel very clean and everything you need. Breakfast was all very fresh and plenty of choice and staff work so hard It was about a 20/25 minute walk to city centre but we enjoyed finding our way round thro the lovely lanes Would definitely stay there again

Beautiful hotel with fabulosity rooftop pool

The hotel is beautiful inside, rooms are clean , staff are lovely and friendly too if you chat to them . The pool was our saviour as it was so hot when we stayed , very nice well kept facility.

The pool bar is a bit overpriced. Also found there was not many restaurants at tonight within walking distance .

Enjoyed my stay

The pool was a nice touch even though it wasn't big. The rooms were decent size and very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and kind. I loved the breakfast at the hotel.

The location wasn't as central as I thought. It takes around 20 min to walk to the centre. But if you are happy to use an electric scooter, then the location is fine.

Good location, have to walk 20-30 mins to most landmarks but it is a fairly easy walk and taxi’s are reasonable. Hotel was very clean.

Jacuzzi was closed off throughout our stay without any notice and the pool was also closed for the majority of our stay (only open 1 day) for maintenance, again without any prior notice before arrival. We booked this hotel for the pool so it was very disappointing as we would have stayed elsewhere.

Nice pool on the roof. Relatively good room service (dinner)

We spent the last night is their big suit which was very expensive but the suit had a very unpleasant smell cam from the bathroom. Also the suit does not have any window facing outdoor only the window to the patio. It makes it dark and lack of air
