Exceptional stay! The hotel is modern, extremely clean, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. Great amenities, fantastic breakfast, and a wonderful location. Everything exceeded expectations!

Amazing hotel. Right opposite a tram stop which meant you could hop on if you didn’t fancy a walk. It is clean. Our suite was spacious. Staff were wonderful. We had an amazing stay as a family with young children.
The outdoor pool was freezing. Even during a heatwave.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making checking in a pleasant formality. The hotel was very convenient, clean and comfortable with very usable A/C in my room. I had a very pleasant stay and would certainly return as well as recommend the Occidental Seville Viapol.
I had informed reception the handle on the bathroom door in my room (314) was loose and needed tightening. While this wasn't completed during my short stay, I'm sure this would have been attended to.

Clean and very good location
The staff at the bar, every time I wanted a drink there was no one at the bar. Having to wait 10-15 mins for someone to come. Breakfast/ cleaners and front desk staff were fantastic.
