CATASTROPHIQUE

je n'ai absolument rien aimer de cet hotel, notre séjour entier a été gaché par un personnel execrable et des interdictions d'accès a la piscine pour des raisons de privatisation. Ils nous laissent payer des nuits a des prix exorbitants sans meme délivrer le service minimum. C'était une catastrophe

J'ai tout detesté depuis mon arrivée dans cet hotel jusqu'a qu'enfin nous soyons délivré de cet environnement néfaste. je déconseil fortement cet hotel a quiconque

Hotel needs upgrading and customer service must be improved.

Large lobby area and location. Good breakfast

Rooms look tired. Front door handle came off on day one. Went down to reception and reported problem 3 times. Took 5 hrs to fix. Phone in room was not working for 6 days. Reported several times and then just gave up. Refused three 80+ year old guests to eat take out food on tables ( at the back) in main lobby. Would have ordered food from the bar but choice was very limited for vegetarians. Some bar staff were very abrupt. Shower in our room was just a trickle. Rooms were not cleaned properly .

Estaban las habitaciones sucias, nos cambiaron una primera vez porque la que nos pusieron inicialmente estaba asquerosa con el baño sin limpiar, inodoro manchado de caca literal y la segunda que nos dieron tb estaba sucia aunq n tanto como la anterior con pelos por todas partes

Als Zwischenstopp okay, für richtigen Urlaub lieber was anderes

Wir waren hier nur eine Nacht als zwecks stressfreier Verbindung zum Flughafen und ein halber Tag zum sightseeing. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, der Flughafen Bus fährt um die Ecke ab und die Busstation für Mittelstreckenbusse prado de san Sebastián ist auch sehr nah. Das Personal ist freundlich und allem Anschein nach arbeitet der Chef hier auch richtig mit, zumindest war beim Frühstück ein Herr im Anzug der die Tische abgeräumt hat. Sieht man auch nicht alle Tage. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig, was daran lag dass es behindertengerecht war - riesiges Badezimmer für rollstuhlzugang inklusive. War aber auch in der aller hintersten Ecke des Hotels. Das Badezimmer war sauber.

Dem häufig erwähnten Renovierungsbedarf kann ich zustimmen. Eine der beiden Bettlampen ließ sich nur sehr mühsam verstauen damit sie ausgeschaltet bleibt. Auf unserem Flur war eine Baustelle, es wurde ein Zimmer überarbeitet. Wir hätten davon theoretisch nichts mitbekommen, allerdings sind die Arbeiter und auch das Reinigungspersonal regelmäßig durch eine Tür gelaufen die dringend ein paar Tropfen Öl benötigt. Alle paar Minuten quietschte es unüberhörbar. Am nächsten Morgen waren wir früh wach aber es ging natürlich wieder zeitig los. Als wir nach dem frühstücken unsere Sachen packten sahen wir dann ein paar Socken vom Vorgänger hinter dem Sessel und Reste von Chips unterm Nachttisch - hier wurde offensichtlich nicht richtig sauber gemacht.

Localização do hotel, táxi em frente ao hotel, lugares de estacionamentos, piscina muito bonita de frente para a Praça de Espanha , pequeno almoço fabuloso, conforto da cama, zona sossegada, ar condicionado quentinho no quarto, espaços do hotel muito agradáveis, check in mais cedo foi excelente, colaboradores muito atenciosos e simpáticos

Pedi camas individuais, colocaram de casal, os elevadores, MT demorados, apenas isso.

Very clean & spacious room with great staff

Very clean, welcoming foyer and room. All staff were very friendly and professional.

The only thing I would change was that the breakfast wasn’t included in the room price and was quite expensive to add on afterwards.

The level is always nice. Staff are fab, great location

Lifts were inadequate for size of hotel - lots of waiting at the lifts Building and rooms are tired and unfortunately isn’t the usual Melia. Always stay in Melia hotels in Spain, stay at the Gran Melia if you want a Meliá in Seville.

Mooie plek om te verblijven.

Goede kamer en compleet uitgebreid ontbijt. Mooie ligging.

Gebruik van liften noodzakelijk ivm veel etages. Totaal 4 liften, echter maar 2 liften in gebruik. (2 buiten gebruik.)

Brilliant location, clean modern hotel with great staff. Would stay again!

It was really clean and facilities were great. Staff were very polite and helpful. Room size and bed was great and the pool was clean and in a good condition with plenty of sun loungers. Cocktail’s were made really well, espresso martinis in particular! Location was perfect, could walk to the main centre in approx 15mins.

Only two main lifts servicing all the floors so we used the stairs. Might not be easier for elderly visitors if they are on the higher levels.

It was a very nice and needed break in a beautiful city great hotel food people & weather

It was an all round satisfying stay , relaxing , we felt looked after , ideal location for what we were in Seville for .

2 LIFTS being out of use when it was so busy , especially with TPAC Conference people arriving Sunday , and no shower facilities for late in the day departure guests to use .

Kann man machen

Schöner Pool. Es sind auch Duschen aufgebaut zum abkühlen. Das ist ein sehr schönes Plus. Die Bar versprüht Wassernebel sehr angenehm. Von innen ist das Hotel relativ neu. Wer Liegen reserviert kann hier entspannen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Supermarkt auch direkt in der Nähe. Cityroller 10 min zu Fuss entfernt. Damit lohnt sich ein Besuch in der Mall. Weitere Strecken sind wir mit Cabify gefahren. Würde wieder im Melia buchen wenn es ein Angebot ist. Service immer nett und freundlich.

Zum Zeitpunkt meines Urlaubes gab es nur zwei Fahrstühle, die nie an den Zielort fahren sondern immer dort halten oder hinfahren wo gedrückt wird. Ein ständiges auf und ab bei 35 Grad im Fahrstuhl. Benutzt man das Treppenhaus hat man kein Licht in einer Etage. Die Türen des Treppenhauses knallen sehr laut, was morgens zu einer Lärmbelästigung werden kann. Die Wanne der Dusche war schräg was dazu führt das das Wasser immer stehen geblieben ist. Nicht gerade sehr hygienisch. Kühlschrank zu klein, ohne wirkliche Kühlfunktion & vollgestopft. Bei 40 Grad auch eher von Nachteil wenn man sich ein paar Getränke kühlen möchte für die Nacht. Pool nur bis 20 Uhr geöffnet ebenfalls schlecht bei 40 Grad. Alle Liegen oft belegt durch Reservierungen oder wegen zu wenig Liegen. Zimmerkarten und Technik veraltet. Ständig haben die Karten keine Funktion gehabt. Also wieder in den Fahrstuhl oder in das dunkle Treppenhaus.

Smoke in the rooms, every night.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The lobby was enjoyable. The drinks at the pool were good, the staff was nice.

Smoke in the room. Every night in the evening and at one o'clock in the morning someone was smoking . The hotel administration seem to have a very relaxed politic regarding smoking on the emergency exits, which drags the smoke into the rooms through the HVAC.. Very nice room but I couldn't sleep and was getting sick. Easy fix: put alarms on the emergency exits, raise the fine for smoking, make aware that it is forbidden. But no, they just tolerate.

An affordable place of luxury that’s the perfect base to explore Seville.

Perfectly located, lovely big pool and comfortable sun terrace, great breakfast and restaurant to enjoy it in.

Great hotel wonderful location

Great hotel close to all main attractions. It has a taxi rank right outside the main door so easy to get a taxi into the centre approx 8-10mins and €8 we also walked a couple of times which is around 20 mins. Upgrading to level up is worth the money if you can with better rooms, snack/drinks served in the level up lounge which is also where breakfast is served. Good facilities in the room, mini bar, hairdryer, safe, big towels and comfortable beds. Food was good and breakfast had a good mix of hot and cold. Pool area is lovely with a bar plenty of sunbeds around the pool and is very clean.

Brilliant hotel & excellent location to see Sevilla

Amazing, helpful, friendly staff. Loved The Level lounge. Fantastic and relaxing pool area with great bar and exceptional view of the Plaza de España. Very close to Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán Stadium and a short walk to the Cathedral and bus station.

Air conditioning wasn't strong enough, although you do get used to it eventually. Ability to set to 16-18 degrees in the room and throughout the hotel would have been appropriate.
