Très bien

Le personnel qui préparait le petit déjeuner était gentil, agréable et à l’écoute ! Leur omelette était EXTRA ! Le lit était confortable, la chambre spacieuse. La fontaine était très bien pour pouvoir recharger ses bouteilles d’eau !

L’hôtel se trouve dans une petite rue et n’était pas évident à trouver. Cependant la localisation est proche des commerce et de la rue principale

I highly recommend it.

Staying here was my favorite thing about Las Terrenas. It has a very tranquil, quiet, relaxing feel to it, almost like a retreat. It has its own grounds, so it almost feels like a resort. The breakfast buffet was really good. The best thing about it is it it is a very short walk from the beach, but it is not right on the beach, which is lined by the town’s main street, which is full of noisy motorbikes all the time. Also, the main street has lots of bars, playing music. You can’t hear the motorbikes or the music from El Rincón de Abi. Also, they have had a change of ownership. I had read some sarcastic, snarky online comments by the previous owners, a French couple, which concerned me. But Camila, who runs the place now, is so cheerful, friendly and helpful. It was a great value for the price. And even though my room didn’t have AC, the ceiling fan was very strong so I never felt hot.

they should serve breakfast til 11 AM, instead of stopping at 10. But if you are a late riser, you can use their kitchen and fridge to make your own breakfast.

The great choice in Las Terrenas

The location was the biggest plus. The main road is very noisy any time of the day. The hotel was close to the main road, but quiet and private. The hosts and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Las Terrenas itself as a town fell short of touristy expectations.

Breakfast was just ok. No more no less. Very friendly owners. Price of room somehow expensive.

Amazing first time in Las Terrenas!

My partner and I arrived on the first day when El Rincon de Abi transitioned to the new owners. We had a very good experience and nice talks with the new owners. They are very friendly and motivated and they have very ambitious and creative ideas to change the place. We look forward to going back to las Terrenas and visiting El Rincon de Abi in the future.

A few locations had a lot of mosquitoes. At some point we could not scare them off though we were covered in mosquito repellent.

Complicated.

The room and the two hosts were wonderful. It was a nice experience and we would recommend this hotel under tje proper circumstances and with the appropriate expectations.

We did not care for the hustle and bustle on this side of town. Booking.com forced us to accept a change of reservation or accept a rate that was three times higher at the last minute. The hosts were marvelous here at Abi but the back-alley location on the rowdy side of town added to the booking.com insult. BCom should require its business partner hotels to honor their agreements with customers. I will never use booking.com again and will not recommend them Hotel Atlantis to anyone. A reservation with a confirmed rate should be honored at all costs.

- Very nice breakfast with eggs / croissants and coffee - Quiet pool area, ideal for reading etc. - You can use the kitchen for some basic cooking - You can use the fridge for personal items

- No AC in our room, but that was expected

I'd go back.

Location was great, 2 minutes to the beach but peaceful and quiet. Interesting people. I had some very nice conversations.

Just so people know - there are distinct rules and I understand why. At first I was a bit taken back, but it's really not a problem. They are well thought out, make sense and I'm sure keeps the place peaceful and enjoyable.

the owners were very nice, the artistic look of the property,

not enough towels, breakfast very simple with dry crossaints, jam, butter, eggs, fruite and juice- the same every day, very small windows in the room, water in the bathroom was brown, location close to the city centre but no nice beach around

Disappointing !

The location.

Breakfast, rooms and staff. The owner was not friendly and welcoming. She was reluctant to help us, she could hardly speak English or Spanish, only French. We had to get up early for excursions and no service was offered for us to have breakfast 15 minutes earlier. So we couldn't have breakfast properly, even though we paid for it. Breakfast was poor: included Croissants and bread with fruits and jam only.

Superb

Very nice lokation just a few hundrede meters from the beach and that means it is very quiet. The town can be a bit loud because of motos and trucks. Fun decoration of the hotel, very nice breakfast, very sweet and helpful hosts, clean and cosy common area:)

wonderful!!

A uniquely decorated and extremely well maintained property by gracious hosts. Daily fresh breakfast. Felt very safe and a quick walk to the beautiful beaches of LT. Great pool area to relax around and the use of a well-equipped communal kitchen.

excellent option for Las Terrenas

Friendly, spotlessly clean hotel in a great location within easy walking distance of Las Terrenas restaurants and beaches. Rooms are in two bungalows and a motel-style building surrounding a garden and pool area. Excellent security arrangements with electronic room locks and outer gate. Breakfast area near the pool has a shared kitchen that many guests use to prepare their meals.

Wifi was very weak in my room, but was OK near the pool.
