Great location, incredibly friendly staff, and centrally located with many amenities including restaurants, bars, and shopping nearby. Very safe neighborhood near the Casa Presidential with a local police station nearby as well.

No complaints.

Good rooms, inadequate service

The room was good and as expected for the value of money.

The staff in the morning of our checkout didn't speak a word of English and were very unfriendly. We needed to catch a bus at 7:50am and were told that there was breakfast at 7am - no breakfast! Then the taxi that the hotel booked brought us to the wrong bus station, which meant we missed our bus to Costa Rica ... Not very good service!

Exceptional

The rooms are spacious and there is also room were you can sit and wait, if you are too early for check in. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

Great staff; manager speaks good English

Luis, the manager, is wonderful. Fast wifi, great AC in the room

No soap or shampoo in the room. Outside of the room is hot. The location is rather hidden from the main road.

Nice quiet place to relax and get sleep

The staff were really nice. They helped me book a taxi for my departure to UCA. The place was clean and room was spacious. It is located a bit away from central center so it was nice and quiet. Only a few mins of walking to stores and shops.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. I enjoyed my night here.

Quite a pleasant stay

The hotel is close to the bus station. The staff was helpful and understanding.

The rooms are spacious but very basic and need some maintenance.

Big bed. Decent breakfast

Couldn't find out key, so the porter had to lock and open the door for us. Not very friendly staff, a bit indifferent

don't leave the hotel at night

if you leave the hotel and you walk in the wrong direction , you will find yourself in one of the most dangerous areas of Managua and nobody of the staff tells you about

Hotel staff where very helpful at moving us when we couldn't get wifi for work made our stay very welcome, super convenient location insane Mexican restaurant near 8 min walk. Also spacious rooms

Rooms are very hot and some rooms are stinky but when moved to good room it was sound but it's good value for money 💰

the room had only window facing into the building it was super hot and they charge 10USD extra to turn on the AC in the room

Enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and the excellent customer service.

The breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful, courteous and have great customer service. They accommodated all of our unexpected needs.

The restrictions on having a towel for three days but due to unforeseen circumstances we had towels in less than the 3 days.

I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Managua.

The location was pretty good, not too far from shopping and transportation. The staff was very helpful and the room was comfortable and quiet. The balcony allowed for a nice view of the sunset during my stay.

Best place to stay in Managua!! Period!!

The place is very comfortable, the staff is caring and willing to help you, a quiet and peaceful place very well located in the city.

Everything was great! Don't mind ranters, most probably they didn't read what THEY selected. Just read and you are good to go, everything is well detailed from the moment you see the description for the room you would stay
