Exceptional

Brand new apartments, basic but very functional and new equipment, balcony and garden with Mediterranean trees. Lots of space, blissful peace and a large parking lot. The most friendly hosts and a very interesting village at the top of the Sithonia peninsula. Excellent value for your money! We would be happy to come back again.

No shadow in the parking - I miss a tree there. But doesn't matter ....

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vladimir Apartment in Ayios Nikolaos, and I must say that the hospitality provided by owner Vladimir truly made my experience exceptional. His warm and welcoming nature, combined with his impressive command of both Greek and Russian, created a unique and comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, Vladimir genuine care and attention to detail were evident. He greeted me personally and made sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. His fluency in Greek and Russian was a great advantage, as it allowed him to communicate effectively with guests from different backgrounds, ensuring that everyone felt at ease and understood. One of the highlights of my stay was experiencing Vladimir culinary skills when it came to preparing fish dishes from the sea. As Greece is known for its fresh and delicious seafood, it was a real treat to have an owner who not only had a passion for cooking but also specialized in creating exquisite fish dishes. Whether it was grilled fish, a succulent seafood stew, Vladimir culinary creations truly showcased his talent and love for the local cuisine. In addition to his culinary expertise, Vladimir dedication to providing exceptional service was evident in every aspect of the hotel. He was always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations about local attractions, ensuring that guests had the best possible experience during their stay. His attention to detail extended to the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests. Furthermore, Vladimir warm personality and genuine interest in his guests made a lasting impression. He took the time to engage in conversations, share stories, and create a sense of community within the hotel. It was evident that he genuinely cared about his guests' well-being and went above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction. We will definitely be back!

Superb

Location with a nice view to the Athos Mountain and to the sea , olive trees around . On a top of a hill , peacefull and relaxing place. A very nice sunset. The owners , Irina & Vladimir , very welcoming and helpfull people.

memorable stay

Vladimir and Irina were really very nice, they picked us up to take us to the apartment. The place is comfortable, quiet with a very nice view, it's soothing. excellent value for money vladimir is very helpful, he helped us with a rental car problem, thanks to him we returned with peace of mind.

Quiet, comfortable holiday apartment

Vladimir and Irina are super friendly and personable people, the apartment has charming views on the countryside around Agios Nikòlaos, rooms are modern and clean, kitchenette is decently equipped, bed is ok. Great value for money.

A bedside table would have been nice to have

Exceptional

We stayed for a night. Vladimir was a perfect host. He really made his best to have a wonderful night. The place of the room is really beautiful. It is located in St Nikolaos in a spot with trees and nature life. The view of the balcony is beautiful. It is ten to fifteen minutes by car to the beach of Nikiti or Ormos Panagias beach.
