Superb

The location of the Villa is exceptional right on a big beautiful clean beach! Michael is great host - very friendly and he took care of everything we asked him - baby chairs and cribs. The house has very big and beautiful yard that our kids and we enjoyed very much. The house has everything that we needed during our stay. We were a group of three families with two kids. The villa has four bedrooms with three bathrooms ( the one upstairs is with great sea view), kitchen, living room and barbecue.In the yard there is a great olive tree that make a shadow during the day, sun beds and umbrellas.We asked for additional cleaning during our stay and Michael arranged it. We were with electric car and Michael also helped us with the charging it in the yard. He gave olive oil and a bottle of wine as a compliment. Everything was great during our stay and we definitely will come back!

The only thing we would say is that the house inside needs a little renovation. It is not a great problem as you pass all your time at the yard or on the beach, but it would upgrade definitely the experience!

Great place, we loved it and recommend it!

Awesome location with immediate access to the beach, multiple outdoor relax and gathering options. Superb host, can’t thank you enough for everything, Michael!

A bit worn out here and there but nothing to worry much about. As usual in Greece, did not have high shower stand for hands-free showering, so one of your hands is always busy.

Old house with great yard right at the beach

The house had a large yard where kids could run. It was right at the beach which was very convenient. There were beach umbrellas and sun launches that you can bring to the beach. The beach was not visited by many people so you have enough distance from other people. The host was really nice and welcoming and responded very quickly for any issues. The house is in the middle of nowhere, but there is a village in 5 min drive where you can buy what you need or have a decent dinner.

The house was old and squeaky. A lot of things were falling apart and there was a mouldy smell in some of the rooms. Two of the rooms were in the basement, which was a little depressing. But on the other hand it was cooler and you could sleep without air conditioning. The beach was not sandy, which was not ok for small kids. But we found a very nice sandy beach (paid) at 15 min drive so it was worked well for us.

Very good

The host, Michael, was wonderful, helped with our luggage, gave us ideas on where to go and what to see. He even brought us local cheese and honey which was a really nice gesture. The beach is right outfront with gorgeous clean water. Bring some beach shoes for comfort as the beach has a lot of pebbles. We were ok without so were the kids😊

The house needed a better cleaning, there were a lot of spiders.

Very good

The location is unique! Michael - the owner, is really nice person.

Two of the bedrooms are in the basement. Nowhere in booking is written this! There were a lot of mosquitos in the house.
