I simply overpaid.

Location and staff excellent Staff very professional.

Over- priced Lots of hidden fees not made clear at time of booking Wasn’t pleasant finding out about these fees at the point of payment at all. Really spoilt my experience.

Spacious rooms but poorly maintained facilities, cockroach problem, do not recommend

I stayed for 8 nights in the room with balcony, which was spacious--good for long stays as you don't feel cramped. The view from the balcony (trees and city line) was lovely. Quite a number of the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Facilities poorly maintained: on one occasion I accidentally opened the door forgetting to remove the safety chain, and half the door frame (top and side) fell on my head. Another day, several hours after they'd cleaned my room, I saw a dead cockroach under the sink. SHUDDER. On more than 1 occasion the ceiling was leaking (4th floor, and dining room). Very few vegetarian options on the menu. Almost every request made (laundry, room service etc) required multiple follow-up phone calls to be actioned. I'm a Radisson Rewards premium member and even though I'd provided my number by email before check-in, they refused to give me my points because I'd booked through booking.com instead of the hotel site. I showed them the information on the Radisson Rewards app which states that you're still eligible for points even when booking through third party. I later received an email via the hotel, inviting me to activate my Radisson Rewards account (maybe so they could finally assign my points)-- but with an entirely new account/membership number?! When I responded sending the original email with my correct membership number and asking them to assign my rewards points there, they simply wrote back saying "Thank you": and did nothing. The surrounding area is heavily congested with traffic especially during rush hour as it's near a large bus stop. I would never stay here again.

The property was always clean, and the staff is always welcoming very courteous and polite. The food was well prepared and very good. Didn’t have a problem getting breakfast .

I love this place It is a must stay you will enjoy it.
