Aston Hotel

The very central location was great and the reception was friendly.

The aircon was freezing and thermostat was broken, so it was on or off.

The room was perfect for the price we paid and the hotel is in a great location. It has a bar and restaurant and it is in a quiet area so this is a bonus.

We weren´t expecting it to be a party place and some guys came back drunk and noisy at 6am. I had to tell them to shut up and get to bed as there is no one on reception after 10pm.

the room was very small and we got a room on the top floor with a sloping ceiling and it was uncomfortable to get in or out the bed. the staff and customer service was barely average

The location of the hotel is good, and it was quiet at night. The bathroom was very big and well equipped. Generally good value for money.

The staircase was very narrow.

The location is prime and very close to the bus and shopping area.

The room we stayed in (two single beds) was small and there was almost no ventilation. After a shower, the whole bathroom looked like a sauna. The bedroom itself had just 1 tiny window which lets in horrible smells if opened. After one night, we decided not to stay there anymore. The check-in was quite erratic as well - when we arrived, they told us we were too early & that the rooms weren't ready (which is okay), but when we came later (no time was given) the reception was empty & locked. We had to wait several minutes before someone came and helped us out.

The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Easy check in/out.

The location is perfect! The hotel is super cozy, clean and comfortable, very homey and lovely; staff is really nice, the rooms are big and the beds and pillows really comfortable (we even had a terrace!)- Close to all shops; 10min walk to Caldea and a lovely cafeteria downstairs with amazing food; also an Italian restaurant in the first floor :)

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the room cleaner and the old guy who helped me contact the maintenance guy even though it was very early in the morning.  The location of the hotel is accessible to the shopping center, restaurants and some attractions of the place. The food at the restaurant was very good. Hotel room was clean. The bathroom was big and clean as well.

The electric power was cut in the middle of the night.  There was no staff at the reception to assist me, there was a phone number to call for an emergency but for a traveller like me it will cost me an overseas call charge to be able to reach the staff. The telephone in the room was not working.  I talked to the staff, and he explained to me that the heater of the room is automatically off from midnight until morning.

The hotel is really nice and also the staff, the cafeteria is really nice, great location !!!

That there is no parking, and the price of parking in a very expensive arrangement

The hotel is in the city center, nearby so many things, as supermarkets and shopping stores. The staff was friendly and polite.

Short distance from shops

Tiny rooms and alot of sounds from the elevator and people inside and elevator for only 1 person .Bedroom very hard and uncomfy

Felt hot in the room, no windows, the stairs were too cramped and we even saw trash in the main lobby.
