Perfect location for proximity to the airport

The Hotel is conveniently located for early morning flights and offers free of charge airport service. With the booking also comes a discount for renting a car with Mycar - which is conveniently located just next door to the hotel and allows late night returns. Our room was large, modern and had everything we needed. Checkin and Checkout was easy We did not try the breakfast but there is a kiosk by the reception offering cold food to go, s.a. skyr, müsli, snacks, etc.

The kettle in our room was still full of tea from the previous guest; one cup was dirty. Compared to the overall cleanliness of the hotel we assumed though that it was just forgotten during the cleaning process. Everything else looked cleaned. The beds were separate, not as one (it was easy to pull them together though) The walls are thin, we heard the neighbors talk until the morning hours. Anyhow, we would book the hotel again for convenience

Schönes Hotel in Flughafennähe

Die moderne Einrichtung, die Lage, das gemütliche Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Übernachtung war ziemlich teuer. Im Bad war das Licht zwar sehr gemütlich, aber zu dunkel z.B. zum Schminken.

Prachtige stijlvolle kamer.

Bij aankomst bleek de verwarming niet aan te staan en was het ijskoud de eerste uren en pas laat in de avond wat behagelijk.

Comfortable, but not really an airport hotel

Clean and comfortable with easy check in. The airport shuttle was really useful.

This hotel is a 10 minute drive from the airport. Costs is 4400ISK in taxi fare

Would not stay again

Bathroom is modern & nice. Food from restaurant was nice.

Walls are very thin so you hear everyone in rooms next to, above and below. Staff not the friendliest, when checking out we had to go find the receptionist who was on her personal phone and serving herself breakfast from the buffet and said she’d be there once she’d got her breakfast. Beds are very small

Smart clean hotel in a quirky area with a great shuttle bus

Lovely quiet & clean rooms

Gluten free options were the expensive dishes and gluten free beer excluded from happy hour because it was in a bottle. When challenged they did allow it but gf should not be discriminated against in the first place

The hotel was about 15-20min taxi ride from the airport, so very convenient for the early morning flight. They also have free shuttle bus to the airport which was great, as the taxi is very expensive in Iceland. We didn't have the breakfast.

Comfortable, large, clean rooms. Shuttle bus to the airport (7km) included in the price.

Many noisy children still in the bar in the evening at 11 pm, which made it impossible for us to stay there. The hotel management should intervene to regulate this.

Nice stopover on the way to Sweden. Positive vibes to return to Iceland

Room was bigger than my expectation. There were Hotel shuttle from hotel to airport direct, so I can save extra money for taxi too. Dinner is based on reservation and food was ok.

Hotel itself is not downtown, so having dinner outside looks not easy. However Island have not many big cities, so understandable.

Ideal place for your last night close to the airport.

Only a few kilometers from the airport. Not so far from Reykjavik and close to the Blue Lagoon. Size of the room excellent. Breakfast as from 4 a.m..

Nothing much, but the prize is rather high for a relatively short night when you fly in the morning.

Superb

A big hotel near the airport, very convenient for our morning departure flights. We didn't eat there but they do have a restaurant, bar and airport shuttle (we didn't need). We had a very spacious triple room, although only 1 pillow. It was perfectly good for what we needed/expected.

It is fairly close to the airport and the cheapest option. Staff were lovely.

Our room was massive. I could easily have had a sofa unit and table and chairs with room to spare. it had a Nespresso coffee pod machine which was nice (only 2 pods). Loads of Parking out front.

The main roof lights didn't work and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.
