The property was maintained well and the staff was very nice and helpful. Check-in was not very smooth and the card reader failed several times and made me suspicious. I would assume a property managed by Marriott could afford card readers with Tap technology. The mobile ordering feature was a complete disappointment. The QR would not connect successfully at first and when it did, the only menu to be viewed was for breakfast.

The staff are absolutely wonderful and the room itself was spacious and beautiful. My only issue with the room was how firm the mattress was; I woke up many times in the night because the hip I was sleeping on was in pain. The only other issue I had at all was the food for dinner. The menu has very few options and the items didn't strike me as worth the price I paid for them. Breakfast was great, and the hotel restaurant is very heavily geared toward that, but they could stand to improve the rest of their menu since there aren't a lot of other food options in close proximity. Since that's my biggest complaint, though, the overall stay was very good!

We had a wonderful stay, it was for just one night but the room was more then we expected. We did have to wait in a long line to register but it was NYE. However the staff were pleasant & did their best to keep the line moving with professionalism & courtesy.

the staff was most unprofessional and rude. to say they were not helpful would be an understatement. not even the TV worked and could get no one to come to fix. the entire floor reeked in maijunia to the point i had an asthma attack.

Our heater did not work since the moment we arrived. Technicians came out 3 times but could not fix it. We had to sleep in a cold room with my little one feeling a little sick. Also, we only had 2 big towels when we arrived even though we had said 3 people would be in the room. Usually there are more than enough.

very helpful at front desk . During check out, we did want to book a room for the upcoming event in March, but they were not able to do that. they said to call. which I thought was very odd. So we booked with another hotel.

My trip was a last minute stay. Me and my girlfriend were going out with some friends and we knew we were going to end up drinking. So just hours before going out I thought I wasn’t going to find a room, let alone a nice hotel. But I got so lucky that they were able to accommodate us within hours of booking. Check in was such a breeze, they handled everything with ease as they walked me through all the steps. And check out was even easier, just handed them the keys told them the room number and I was off to my day. If I’m ever in the area again or need a place to crash, I will definitely be booking here again.

I booked a room here for an event that was being held at this hotel. The ice machine was out of order on the 3rd floor and if you wanted ice, you have to go one floor down. Knob on the bathroom door came off several times. Walls are thin. Next-door guests were loud. Parking is not free. A two day stay was $559 and no free parking? Something is wrong here. The dining area was reservation only. Good thing I read the Yelp reviews and glad I didn't place a reservation. If you want to dine, you have to go out for more options. On the plus side, the staff were courteous and helpful, bedroom was comfortable.

This hotel canceled my reservation last minute. Staff acted as if they had no idea what was going on. Hotel claimed 3rd party was responsible and third party claimed hotel was responsible. Hotel was completely booked when I checked in at 4pm which left me scrambling for a room at the last minute. I was already charged yet there was no room. Horrible experience.

Property was clean and nice. Staff was very friendly. Security was great and property was safe. Pool was nice. Overall good hotel. Food was not good and take out is very slow. They are often out of menu items as well. Handicap chair was broken and stuck in the jacuzzi. Pool closes at 10pm. That is too early with the nice weather in California. Maid accidentally took one of our clothes items. We did get it back 2 days later.

Booked a room 2 Weeks in advance requesting a KING size bed and ended up with the SMALLEST double beds I have ever seen in my Life. According to staff I was not Guaranteed a KING bed because I booked through Expedia! Sounds like Crap to me. Seems like Expedia customers get what is left over from what's booked through the Marriott website. I paid exactly the same but chose Expedia for my points. Really left a bad taste in my mouth. As counter help just brushed it off. Guess is what it is

Overall it was a great experience. My only complaints are that the room I picked the picture looked as if it came with a patio and it did not. Also, the shower drain needed to be unclogged.

Staff was very friendly and nice. Rooms were noce and clean. I loved that there was a aitting area seperate from the sleeping area with a door that could be closed. I also loved that there was a microwave!!! I always have left overs eating out so that was a big win. We got a nice corner room, which I prefer. Sadly it was right behind the banknof elevators and it was loud in our room all the time day and night hearing the elevators go up and down. The door was bot flush to the floor and we could also easily hear other guest and workers in the hall outside our room. I also wish they had parking that was a little more secure, we had no problems but I've heard of break ins into peoples car while staying here. Small things but overall great experience.

Great location, good sized rooms. But negqtive points are: mattress was lumpy, AC blew directly onto our faces, the water for showering was not hot enough and lastly, the electric sockets were not conveniently located and not accessible enough. Such a shame.

The only difficulty I encountered was the inability to make a left hand turn onto McKinley, while traveling on North White Avenue. This was due to the LA County Fair traffic redirects. There should probably be mention of this in communications from the hotel.
