Location, clean, friendly and convenient.

Asking a daily extra fee for fiddly and slow wifi just feels petty and unnecessarily unfriendly. I imagine they will soon be offering a premium electricity service for a fee soon, or enhanced water flow from the shower if you sign up to Hilton Honours.

Good sized and comfortable rooms and good breakfast; for the most part very friendly and helpful service; excellent location close to Claremont colleges.

The health warnings on the pool gate are rather off putting, and the automated message sent saying wearing face coverings is mandatory in common areas must be very out of date.

Staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive.

The computers were down when we arrived for check in at 4pm. We were unable to check in until two hours later when they figured out an alternative method to get people to their rooms. People waiting were NOT happy! And it seems that Hilton should have made some concessions for those of us who had traveled far and were made to wait so long!! But I want to commend the staff, two women at the front desk, who were haveing to deal with so many irritated clients! They remained calm and professional despite having to face lots of angry people!

Not too far from colleges but not quite in the villages so still a longer walk
