Comfortable bed.
Shower wouldn’t drain, someone came in and lifted the cover of the drain and cleaned out the hair clogging the drain… Solid “waste” on a hand towel, gross. Dark carpet but visible stains.
In room coffee pot didn’t work until I went to the desk and they gave me the correct part for the filter slide to adapt to. Key worked for room but not exterior door we parked near, so I had to walk all the way around.
Wouldn’t stay again.

TV wasn’t working and I kept calling front desk and I eventually had to go downstairs to get help. When you’re on a schedule it’s hard to wait for repairs. The bathroom just need more attention on the side of the shower and always have extra toilet paper. And maybe not charge customer for parking

Contacted front desk about the cleanliness of my room notified them that my room smelled like mildew upon discovery of the smell I notify them and they said they’d send someone to come clean it right away. That person never came that night, but they did come the next day without my knowledge, and entered my room. according to their hotel policy, they can enter whenever they would like if there’s a maintenance issue “ “. Definitely won’t waste my money on that brand anymore.

Good clean place.
The listing did not make CLEAR that parking is an extra $10/night. What they call a restaurant (open only for breakfast) is the free breakfast at other hotels except they charge you for it.

We traveled to the area for my son's spring break. The location was wonderful, very easy to get where we wanted to go. The hotel was clean and well appointed. However, it seemed rather under staffed. It took over 2 hours and me walking downstairs to get a blanket and pillow for our son's pull out bed. And the king size bed that was in the room was so incredibly firm that there is no way I could have slept another night on it. Unfortunate, because I would love to stay here again...but its not worth it if we can't actually sleep because of an uncomfortable bed.

I had stayed there many times. This time however, it was very disappointing. in 7 days my room never cleaned.
Talk about falling from grace.
Sadly it went from good hotel for business trips, to a low budget low quality option.

It was average. The first room smells bad, like urine or something. But is probably because this is a pet friendly hotel. The second we moved to was okay. but in the bathroom smells not clean, at all. I was not happy, but it was my mistake. I should have go to my normal hotels I know they will be good, like Marriott/courtyard chain hotels

Front desk person was an absolute gem when checking in. The room on the other hand was a nightmare. As soon as you walked in the room it smelled like cigarette. There was blood stains on the couch and pillows, also looked like dried up bodily fluids on the couch and what looked like little tiny seeds around the room were actually some sort of bugs. Was moved to another room which was ok but came morning time the restroom smelled like sewer and there was absolutely NO HOT WATER. they set maintenance up after 30 mins he did absolutely nothing and said there was hot water, there was not it was WARM so we packed up and left. We soon after requested a refund and was denied. It’s an absolute shame with all the complaints and pictures i have of proof i was not given a full refund.

Don’t stay here if you expect that your privacy will be respected.
Even when you hang the Do Not Disturb card on the door, they will still enter without permission.

Tv didn't work, , staff forgot our our room number and didn’t send maintenance because the maintenance people leave at 5:00 . Didn Get our tv fixed until our second night. Staff was nice but didn’t seem very well train.

Hotel is average over all. No faily housekeeping, unless you call n ask for something cleaned. Location is great close to freeways. Hotel a bit dated but okay for your money

Everything was fine including then price but i never seen a parking fee and the front desk said, $10.00 for parking. Not thats its alot but when booking nothing was said. I dont like the last minute extra fee.

Even though they have plenty of parking around I didn’t like that they charge for it It’s the first time a hotel charge me for parking besides they don’t let you know when you do the reservation

I liked how close by and convenient it was to things. I didn’t like how some people just let their dogs poop wherever they pleased, especially in the parking lot near our car.

Rooms are run down. Rust in the bathroom and a musty smell as you walk in. Trash was left in the hallway in front of our room. Not so pleasant. Been staying here for 2 years when needed and it is slowly declining.

Due to these issues I checked out earlier and didn’t spend the night there

The property overall was good for the price. The water pressure in the shower was not very good. The pictures of the gym was the main reason I booked this location. One of the two treadmills worked, the dumbbells were missing a lot of sets, there were no gym towels or wipe down towels to clean up sweat and it was smaller than expected. Parking was okay, but a little weird as they were off to the side, which made it a little scary at night as a single female traveling.

Small rooms 4pm check in with 11am check out. $10/day to park in oversized lot. Wanted to charge us $30 to check in at 2:30 even though our room was ready. Not a good value.

This hotel could definitely work on the cleanliness. Also, the bed is not as comfortable and the pillows are horrible and old. Definitely need an update. The staff in the front was nice but when requesting toiletries, the first time they came to deliver and the second time they never showed up also, the maid when I was checking out I had 45 minutes till my checkout time and she was asking if I was leaving already I found that a little rude, knowing that check out time is at 11. I would definitely say you get what you pay for when this hotel is on the cheaper end it’s OK but when it’s on the higher end, definitely not worth it at all and the fact that you have to pay for parking and there’s no security and you have other guests smoking like chimney outside and you have crackheads I don’t think it’s worth it at all.

The room was nice the bed was comfortable the pillows were too soft the water pressure sucked and they charged for a continental breakfast which no other hotel that cost normally charges for and they charge for parking my own vehicle after I've already paid for the room and they don't even provide security overall four stars
