It was a great place, close to many stores, restaurants and freeway access.

We usually love to stay here, but this past tume was a bit of a let down, tv Cable was out for our whole stay, refrigerator was off, and that was very odd. That bed we slept on was done, should be thrown away.

I don’t leave reviews really, but this time everything was perfect at Laguna Hills Lodge. The staff, the room, the cleanliness not of just the room but the parking lot and everything showed that care is put into it.

The lodge is located across from a fire station so the sound of sirens are all day and most of the night.
Bathroom is really small. Toilet seat was broken. Safe didn’t lock. Carpets could use a good scrub. It is what I expected for the price I paid. Will not stay here again.

This is a nice quiet motel slash hotel. My room was very clean, only downside was that the sink drain smelled a little bit but other than that it was comfortable for the price

Had permission from Serigo for noon (12:00) checkout. At 11:55 was charged for additional night stay. Later was told I would get refund, even if I get refund it will cost me the difference of the exchange rate. The spa only worked on the 5th night of my stay.

My room was the bottom floor on the side of the busy road. The room was dated and the sheets were scratchy.

Very pretty landscaping, and cozy room. Happily they had a little work out room.
It would have been nice to have more than carbohydrates and fruit availble for breakfast - but what they did have was fresh and tasty.

Clean hotel we were lookimg foward to the hot tub after a long day and its out of order .
Breafast needs a major upgrade cereal, bagels & banana very minor no bacon or eggs nothing ..
Everything else was good & clean.

This is a hidden gem in the Laguna area. It is comfortable, clean, great location, and has breakfast all for a very reasonable price.

Front desk is always helpful. Everything is clean. We have stayed here several times and it is always great. Nice little work out room and also a nice hot tub and pool

The vinyl floors had been swept or vacuumed, but it seemed like it had been a while since they had been mopped. If I were to stay again I would ask for a room that did not have an adjoining room access. It wasn't good with a noisy neighbor.

Hotel itself is in need of upgrades. We checked in late evening and the front desk employee was sound asleep. The hallway carpets were dirty, with torn paper littered on them. The bedding was thin and old. We passed on the free breakfast.

Stayed four nights. Have to indicate you want housekeeping which was ok. Lovely grounds and lots of parking. Close to food options. Room was ok but dated. Very very thin walls so lots of noise from other guests. Breakfast was strange - have to line up? Good value for the money overall. Would consider staying again if in the area.

The employees were great. The continental breakfast was more much more than wrapped danish and coffee I had expected at this price point.Though older, the room and grounds were clean and maintained very well. A very comfortable stay. Will definitely stay there again when visiting the area!

Furniture needs to be updated, beds were too soft, carpets and door molding old, worn and need replacing. Front staff were not very friendly , as though they were being put out....to do they're job...
Bathroom sink drained slow. TV needs to be replaced
Rate was low, outside grounds are nice a keep up. Convenient to get in and out parking.

Very nice staff. In and Out Burger is RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET! You can find most anything you may need (in my case it was a toiletries bag I accidentally left behind) near by. I was in town for a convention in Anaheim and found myself coming back to the hotel early each night to get caught up on rest. Truly is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. I’ll be back.

Great convenient location to freeways. The garden is nice, but the building I was staying in (Building C) not all that, your typical motel quality. Rooms need definitely update, but overall clean and decent for the price point. Staff are courteous and the breakfast is a bonus.

This is a solid property in a convenient location. The biggest selling point is value. Orange County is expensive. Laguna Hills Lodge is reasonably priced which is nice for a short stay. Thanks!

The staff were responsive and accomodating. The room was clean and simple. They are next to a hospital so there were some ambulances riding by but that is not the hotel's fault. lots of walkable restaurants and coffee shop. i would stay here again.

This hotel is a great little gem in the middle of the city. Clean, comfortable, cheap. We enjoyed our short stay there and found it to be a great deal. The free breakfast was pretty decent too.
