Don’t stay here. The place is run down and a lot of stuff needs fixing. The tub doesn’t have a plug, the micro wave is trash. The furniture is musty smelling

Clean exterior. Safe seeming area. Decent breakfast. Easy checkout. There were some sketchy stains on the linens and the pillows were surprisingly small and the elevator operating cert displayed has expired in July 2022 but it was otherwise fine.

I booked 2 rooms, one of which was fully paid the other not paid until check in time. My brother-in-law arrived ahead of us to check in, and when the owner/manager noticed he was wearing a hat with veteran logo, he asked if he's a veteran. My brother said yes, and the manager said "thanks for your service, your stay is on us." Wow! That's totally unexpected hospitality! Million thanks!

On the last night of my stay, the hotel room had a massive leak in the roof and it was soaking the floor, I had to go to the front desk with my son in my arms at 4:30 in the morning and it took the front desk staff a few minutes to come up there and change our room. I am completely unsatisfied with this hotel. I have another stay booked and would like to be credited for at least one night due to the issue I had. Please contact me.

The bathroom was flat out nasty. There was some kind of pipe out of the ceiling that appears to have dropped some nasty orange brown debris on to the shower curtain. In addition to the paint peeling in many places in tub. Also from t board on sick was flaking and falling apart

The overall property was just OK but the room was not the carpet was so disgusting. It was extremely dirty and nasty had to keep our shoes on. I had to keep washing my toddler feet because they were so dirty from the carpet. Room was outdated

We had peeling wall paper with a big chunk of it miss missing on the wall. Air conditioner leaked over the floor we could not use it. We did not have new full rolls of toilet paper. Thank goodness we came with some of our own. We had to use towels to clean up the water from the leaking air conditioner and house keeping never replaced our towels.. thank goodness we travel with our own also the toilets are super low i al 5' 2" they are for children to use at a elementary school so if ypu are super tall or disabled or have knee problems you are gong to be in pain like me going to the restroom. The manager never followed up with me regarding the issues with my room forwhatthey are charging a night. They need to fix the peeling walling paper that look like mold migh be growing, fix the air conditioner, make sure house keeping is putting new rolls of toilet paper everytime a guest check out and upgrade those toilets to adult heights toilets. Also the management there is horrible does not follow-up or bothers with your concerns. I came there for a funeral and I just did not like the experience and stayi had there. It was one employee I encountered her name was Annna she was sweet and kind and tried to help me as best as she could as for the rest of the staff. . They were Aloof and dismissive and unhelpful. Generally run down, in need of a significant facelift. Carpet was deeply stained, furniture was beat up with scratches and wear & tear. The bed had plastic on top of the mattress which was noisy with movement. Breakfast was in a tiny packed room. People were complaining of not enough food, lack of coffee cups, etc. I expected more for the price in that location.

Room did not feel clean. Outlets were loose. Not enough pillows. Room phone did not work and we could not call front desk regarding issues (partying, jumping, throwing of items from 1am-5am on floor above). Surrounding area felt unsafe with roaming ppl.

The room was clean and the staff was nice. I noticed when booking on hotels.com, the check in time was different and so we could've checked in at 3pm instead of 4pm. I noticed a lot of light coming through the front door of the room but it was mostly quiet at night. I would definitely come back here whenever I'm in town.

I didn't expect the room to look so nice loving the flooring the color scheme. The front desk attendant was awesome I had a long night and he made it pleasurable he worked with me to solved able to get some rest. I love to do it yourself breakfast in the morning I had to tip the girl that was working we were late arriving to breakfast and she made sure we had everything we needed 😍

Reservation and check in process was ok. Front desk forgot to tell us before we entered the room that the AC vent is leaking by the front door. My wife slipped and fell on her hip. She Felt the painful pain the next day. We decided to stay in the room because it was already late and we were very tired. We were booked originally for 3 nights but decided to check out the next day after breakfast. NOT recommended to anyone to stay in this Hotel.
