Great hotel beginning with the staff Erica from front desk to the Sunday attendee at the breakfast service. Also rooms are well kept by the housekeepers. It's been a year since my wife and I had return it's been nicely upgraded lobby, rooms they look great . Also the location is great many restaurants to close from . We will definitely be returning again we always enjoy are stay.

Great location and friendly staff. The a/c was put in the lobby making it a bit uncomfortable for checkin and breakfast. The breakfast staff was particularly friendly as the worker sought to engage with each guest. You do need to know that no room service seems to be included for multiple day stays.

This is a great location, near shopping and restaurants. Staff was great. Only downside was the bed. Low quality mattress on a wooden platform. Kept slipping and sliding. We were only there one night so wasn't a deal breaker

Really enjoy staying here-- it's my go to when I have to attend medical appointments at Loma Linda University Health. Staff is always incredibly friendly. It's clean and recently remodeled. Very convenient location with parking, too.

The pool was not working the ice machine on the lower level wasn't working. The area is ghetto the beds were hard there was a cricket in our room but staff was great.

Breakfast was bad. Cold coffee, no milk for cereal. Bad breakfast quality. Construction activities made it very inconvenient for customers. Construction activities planning didn't take into account customers comfort.

Well, the only thing that was slightly disappointing was the breakfast. It was understandable though because they are in the final phase of renovations so a lot of the ground floor is a little messy. Other than that everything else was OUTSTANDING! The room was very clean and extremely comfortable, we will definitely stay there again.

The property is under renovation. This should be noted on the website. The lobby is a mess and very noisy. Breakfast is a take away sack meal. Very disappointing.

I drove 2 hrs from Los Angeles, when I reserved the room what I loved about the hotel is that it had a indoor pool, I got the room for my soon to enjoy the indoor pool, when we arrived they told us pool was out of service if we wanted to cancel we can, it was 6pm when we arrived for us to look for another hotel, we had to used our hot spot internet since the one they had was not working. Also they were fixing the elevator no signs were put up for guest to know it was out of service.

Stay was standard in regards to service and amenities. Thankful for overall cleanliness. For the price would have hoped they’d spend some money on small details like cracked tiles in bathroom, crusty shower heads that water shot out in different directions, and slow draining sinks.

I’m dealing with credit card fraud committed by an employee at this location. The GM has yet to apologize or offer compensation and corporate “can not do anything” because it’s a franchise property.

Great stay in a great area. Mostly clean room. It had ants in the bathroom, but nothing too crazy. The room was cozy. The breakfast was really good. Close to the freeway and lots of eateries.

Very clean, but don’t expect it to be updated. We had a quiet stay and a breakfast with lots of options. Eggs and sausage were on the menu that morning but they also had oatmeal, cereal, fruit, breads, yogurt, milk, waffles, peanut butter etc. Service was also great. Quiet part of town in a nice area.

This was a nice, clean and comfortable room. I requested a room with wheelchair accommodations so it was roomy and had a wide door to the restroom. Unfortunately it was a tub. There were grab bars to help. The ac worked well. Mini fridge kept water coldish. No mini freezer section. The beds were comfy but one creaked a lot. The breakfast was nicer than many. Cereal, oatmeal, yogurts, bagels, bread, OJ apple juice and milk. You could also request hot scrambled eggs and sausages. It is a clean eating area. The pool is small and about 5 feet deep. It was on the cool/cold side. No hot tub but extra towels are in the pool area. There is a restaurant next door with 10% discount. The shower was awesome- hot and powerful. The staff were all polite. You do have to have a card on file with a $60 charge for incidentals that would be returned 3 days later.
