They gave a pet are which is great! Also a covered smoking area of you need that too.

Breakfast option where nasty boxed eggs and hot dogs not very much to choose upon arrival rep was rude and pull out bed had blood on sheets and dirty sheets in actual bed had holes and stains shower pressure not good other employees where kind made up for other rude guy at arrival

Room was OK, full kitchen a bonus, no closet or place to hang clothes, bath vanity in bedroom so light disturbs someone trying to sleep in, poor elevator design means you have to walk a long way to your room especially if you make multiple trips

After 2 days in the room we requested room service and it was never done, it was a challenge to get clean towels. They didn’t clean our rooms upon specific request. Most seemed irritated when asking for anything. Overall, looks nice from the outside. Service not so great

Terrible to sleep. Bed was hard. Pillow was so soft that folding in half didn't help. Bathtub was slippery despite it being an accessible room for handicapped.

The only thing I didn’t like when I requested to checked in early, they didn’t gave me my request. We liked our room. We had kitchen, bedroom, and sofa bed. It’s perfect for three people. We enjoyed our 2 night of stay in this hotel. Breakfast was great. The lady who prepared the breakfast was very nice. The checked out was easy.

I booked this hotel 2 weeks in advance because my children were undergoing a medical surgery at the children's hospital. After a long day of travel. I was told that it was overbooked. ( EVEN AFTER MY CARD BEING CHARGED) and that it was a first come first serve. Wait the room is reserved my card is clearly on file because it was charged prior to checking in but it was a first come first serve? The front desk then had to start looking for nearby hotels. Which ended up being a 20 minute driveaway. I am completely disappointed and understand the following day staff tried to make it better and give us our room back, but it shouldn't have happened. The charges are still on my card. I still had to scramble around at 6:30am to make sure we weren't late for surgery and stress about a room being ready during my child's surgery. I appreciate the manager the following day trying to help and not lose business. I honestly loved Homewood suites but because of this experience my family and I will more than likely book other establishments nearby.

The furniture was so damaged and worn out that we refused our first room. The second was barely any better. The arms on the couches and chairs were thread bare and extremely soiled/greasy. There is NO non skid in the tubs. I almost fell (I'm 70) and my daughter did fall. Lights in the bathroom were burned out. All of the trim rings on the grab bars in the shower were loose and falling off. The toilet started leaking on to the floor.

It’s okay, used to be better.
Kind of disappointed, we arrived late in the night around 1:00 am. and we were tired, not enough blankets and pillows, we call requesting them, and it took 30min for the pillows, we were told the blankets will be ready soon since they were in the dryer, then 1/12 hours passed and nothing, we called them once again because we were really tired and wanted to go to bed, so two hours waiting for the blankets was ridiculous, and Instead blankets we got comforters.
And we ended going to bed as soon as we got them passed 3:00 am.
There was also a used towel in the shower.

The staff was very nice. Property was quiet in and near/in a business area so it wound down at the end of the day, next to costco. Rooms are clean, ask for what you don't have, staff will try to provide it. great airconditioning and control inside rooms. Beds are comfortable.

Our stay was nice. The employees were very friendly. Food was good.
But, the elevator had issues, the hall carpets were dirty. Not enough luggage carts, we had to make a few trips.
Also, had an extra charge for tums and pepto added to my bill. Waiting to hear back.
And the equipment in workout room, one of the treadmills did not work properly and it didn’t slow down so had to turn off the machine.
