The room it do spacious and clean
That you have to pay for parking regardless that you have a reservation and are checked in. Parking should be free for those who made the reservation. You should charge parking for those that do not have a reservation.

How one employee was able to place us in a new room but the other employee did nothing.
I did not like how maintenance was knocking on the door asking was we extending our stay. He should have that information from the front desk.
