I was staying at the hotel after a day at Disneyland with my daughter and her husband. It was closer to stay in Moreno Valley, and then go to Kansas high school where I teach which is in Moreno Valley instead of driving all the way home to Menifee.

I booked a room for my mom, when she checked in she realized the toilet did not work (the water wouldn’t stop running and it didn’t flush). The lady at the front desk unapologetically said there was nothing she could do about it and told my mom she could use the lobby bathroom if she wanted. (There is one lobby bathroom and it requires getting a key from the front desk). Obviously paying for a hotel room that doesn’t have a working toilet is wildly unacceptable.

The stay was fine I have stayed at La Quinta before and the service was good. This time I had an issue where the smoke alarm was set off by someone in the stairwell of the facility. I was never notified about the issue until I asked the front desk what had occurred. I had been told that a homeless person had slipped in a rear door and decided to have a cigarette. The breakfast was good as usual.

Bed was hard the elevator sounded like it was broke and it has not been serviced in years, the paper on the elevator had been expired since 2018 Breakfast was not very good, and once it started to get dark you better be inside does not feel very safe.

Great hotel for the money. Staff was friendly, complimentary breakfast was good with plenty of options, and the rooms were clean. Not to mention it is the only hotel with an indoor pool in the area which is perfect for kids. Definitely would stay here again

This hotel was certainly clean enough. However, our room had cracks in the floor tile and bathroom sink. The entertainment cabinet had obvious damage to it's wooden base. Also, upon arrival, I learned that the gym was "out of order". The property itself is safe, however, the surrounding area is a little shady. Overall, it was a good value for the money but the reviews I read before booking this room may have been a tad generous.

We have stayed at this location several times. It is near our relatives' home. The hotel is conveniently located, easy access to the freeway, nice, clean and quiet accomodations, large variety of food/drinks to choose from at their help-yourself breakfast, along with a decent size eating area.

I requested a first floor room, but was put on the second floor. The bathtub plug did not work. I asked for it to be fixed which it was not. A yellow wolf or dog try to attack me and my small dog as we left the first day. There are only two handicap parking places so I had to park near the back of the building. That night, there was a homeless woman near my car. A homeless person is also sleeping along the front near the street next to the neighboring hotel.

The room was clean, except couch had a large stain, carpeting was old and frayed in spots, furniture needed upgrading. Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was self serve but good with lots of hot and cold options. Staff was very friendly.

This property was filled with bugs, in s very dangerous area, they had homeless sleeping in front of the main door, there was drug dealing going on to the room next to me and at 11Pm they had to move me and my 6 years old to another room because of it and they police was called, and they said it was safer for me to move rooms. I want my full refund back.

The staff was uniformly lovely to interact with. The room was nice and lots of commercial free movie channels. The toilets are much lower than standard and having the entry & bathroom lights go on automatically was annoying many times

I LOVED the fact that the hotel was very clean and didn't smell. The last hotel I stayed at smelled like dirty dogs and dirty carpet, it was so overwhelming and rather disgusting. This hotel, however, looked clean and smelled clean. The parking was convenient, the mall was across the street, there was a Chuck E. Cheese a few doors down, and the bathrooms were amazing. Also, they stock their restrooms with Dove products. The free breakfast was perfect, I had a waffle, eggs and some of the skinniest and thinnest bacon I have ever had in my life but I loved that I could eat in the same building for free. The only complaint I have is that the ice machine was on the first floor and our room was on the 3rd floor. And the 2nd issue I had was the attitude of the housecleaning ladies. I understand we were trying to squeeze by them in the morning and people are still waking up but I DO NOT appreciate an attitude when someone is working, because if they don't like the job, then that is truly that problem, not mine.

Beautiful hotel, fancy looking, super clean and clean smelling halls and rooms. Which is very rare to find good smelling hotels. Greeeeaaat breakfast spread. Omelettes, bacon, make your own waffles. Plus alot more extra yummy food. Mini fridge and microwave in my room. Even though i had the basic standard room. Super nice welcoming staff. Just the best!
