When we got there the fornt desk person was very nice but they didnt do much when we complained about the party in the hallway. Our phone in our room didnt work so we had to go down to the desk and wait for someone to help us. My husband found scissors in the couch, which i had been sitting on and a NASTY socks in the drawer of the night stand. The second night we were there, they shut the pool down. Not recommended if you have children.

The room wasn't clean. I had an old tea bag standing on the counter. The floor at the entrance of the room was sticky. Shower was not that clean.

This hotel was fine for an overnight on a trip to Florida. It was packed with a group of young kids and some kind of event. There were at least 30 people in the pool area both times we went to swim and the worst part was the noise level. Room is concrete walls with no way to absorb any sound—would be nice to come up with a fix so it would not be so uncomfortably loud. Noise level once in own room, was very good—doors blocked hall noise well, no issues with soundproofing between rooms. Beds were very comfortable.

Everything is good. Perfect hotel for the price point. Had to hear what the neighbors were 'doing' until midnight - difficult and distracting since I was working. Probably not unusual for a hotel/inn. Wifi is a bit slow and spotty if you're working but TV had HBO. Breakfast was basic but had choice/options. Very clean and well maintained. Definitely no problems for booking again.

This is my second time staying here. I can bring my dog and there's enough places to walk her before we settle down for the night. Easy to get on and off the freeway and there are enough good places to eat. Room is clean, air conditioning, microwave and refrigerator works. Appreciate staying on the first floor.

Property was fine. Room was clean. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Our cable didn’t work. Our key cards stopped working after the first day and all the lights slowly burnt out in the bathroom. We left early.

I came here for a solo rest and relaxation trip. It’s in a quiet area but you do need a car to travel to eat etc. front desk rep was amazing and let me check in early.

Overall pretty good. I came back from grabbing lunch and my bed was made. I realized after that there was a card left by the TV that said to put it on the pillows if we didn't want housekeeping. I wish it was something you could put on the door instead of having someone walk into my room. The hotel used dove products which was lovely. I wish that breakfast was extended to 10 instead of 9 on weekdays

Paid for the room on Travelocity but got charged a second time on my other card. Also, little kids constantly running back and forth from room to room on floor above us. Non-stop stomping noise for hours and hours.

The pool was nice, even though small. Pool room was very clean and well-maintained. The hotel room was also clean, but needs maintenance. Cracks in the sink, general gaps and repairs. Someone’s slippers were under the desk.

The stay was just okay for a 1 night stay. Downside the hot tub wasn’t hot, it was Luke warm at best. Breakfast was good. Limited options. Coffee was weak, but ok for a caffeine kick. Bed sheets looked to have coffee stains, found a hair on the bed. There was ALOT of dust in the back of the beds and top of the headboards. Definitely need’s attention. Parking and check in was good, nicely decorated and we liked the complimentary DOVE toiletries. Towels and shower/bathroom area was clean

Large cob webs hanging above corner stair, got rid of 3 crickets in room entryway. Luggage rack broken. Asked for additional blanket, brought two, one with large hole. Cereal stale, mystery meat with eggs. Pool and hot tub nice.

My room was not vacuumed before I checked in. The hall was not vacuumed and was filthy. I never saw a vacuum cleaner being used to clean rooms. The elevators were filthy. The parking lot was filthy and I had to jump over cigarette butts and spilled liquid to get to my car. The security bolt had been removed in the door. As a single traveler this was concerning. there was a thick layer of dust on the headboard and all the picture frames. The desk staff were great. Very personable and professional. This hotel needs to purchase vacuum cleaners. The surrounding area was lovely but that was negated by the filthy parking lot. Hotel needs upgrades!

Very new hotel only 5 years old so very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location for stopover just off of interstate but is quiet and comfortable. Located near to a number of resteraunts and eating places. Parking is very easy and plentiful around the hotel.
