The facility was cared for however, the room we were assigned was right over the roof top heating cooling system making it loud during the night.

Asked for a quiet room and we heard traffic all night and loud guests in hallway 11:15-12:00 midnight. Sliding door hard to open and very noisy on track. Obviously an old door/track. Hinges on bathroom door were rusty and painted over.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious with many options and the staff was attentive to our particular requests. The pool and hot tub were available and just what we needed at the end of a day. Hotel is super easy to get to off of Highway 101. There is a big shopping center with many restaurants just across the street.

I always enjoy staying here. The rooms are large and the king beds are very comfortable. I do find it really rude that there are always two bottles of water awaiting you... after a long drive... that are only for "members" or something like that. Just give complimentary water.

I've stayed at the property several times over the years but not for a while prior to this trip and sad to say, the place hgas declined - it looks tired, the room was not cleaned thoroughly and cleaning was missed on one day. And to cap it all, I was told by the breakfast team in the restaurant that there were no gluten free options - I'm celiac so what that meant was no breakfast for me!

the hotel center and room were excellent. The staff was very helpful. Had an unexpected fire alarm at 4:30am the first morning., the staff gave me a new room and restaurant credit. All was great the rest of the week

So disappointed regular black or orange pekoe tea not available in the dining room or hotel room, only herbal teas available. I specifically asked the waiter & was told only herbal teas available. Unbelievable! Tea of any sort not replenished in room either.

The cost was very reasonable but the room was very sparse. There was terrible lighting in the room so it was hard to see, there was no suitcase rack and it would be nice to offer free water in the room.

The room was fine but at night the HVAC was right outside the room and was so loud we really couldn't sleep. Avoid the third floor facing the pool. What a shame.

I was very disappointed that my room was not clean as it should’ve been. The floor was covered in dust and hair, especially around the edges. Absolutely sick. The closet had cakes of dust on the bar as well. The bedding was clean and the bathroom had some dust and hairs on the floor. Very disappointed in my room condition considering this was a Hyatt Regency Property.

Staff at the front desk very nice. I was not told about a $10.00 fee a night for parking when I checked out. Very surprised. Something about non guest parking in their spots. Seems weird parking lots everywhere. She did waive the $30. 00 fee. Restaurant was great for breakfast and buffet. Good sysy.

-Single king bed with balcony room- Superbly clean, down to the last detail. No bugs of any kind all weekend. Great finishing touches like a small digital clock in the bathroom mirror and Large television. Sliding-glass balcony door could have used a bit of grease to help it slide better and a stool to sit on outside would be the only additions I would recommend. Plenty of outlets to charge gadgets with, too. Spacious in-room safe was great. Refrigerator was clean and cold upon arrival. The staff was amazingly friendly and professionally courteous, yet still very efficient. Elevators functioned well and without much wait time. Pool amenities were fantastic and not overcrowded at all. I highly recommend this hotel to all ages.

The room and hotel was decent. The property definitely attracted a party crowd. People banging doors and partying up and down the halls past 5am. Security tried to get them to quiet down but didn’t help. I was here for a quiet staycation and would probably choose a different location next time. There was also a fire alarm that went off one day but no communication from the hotel as my whole floor was trying to evacuate on whether it was a false alarm. A woman was in a wheelchair on the 4th floor and was concerned that no one at check in had told her how to evacuate in her chair like they normally do. Just a couple misses on safety and overall ambience.

I was impressed by the politeness and helpfulness of the personnel who helped me both check in and check out. My family and I were very impressed with Hyatt. We will visit there again for the next time.
