The mgr was absolutely fabulous, from his greeting us at arrivasl to bringing us to our room, he went above and beyond, I hope that his employer appreciates the excellent job that he does and should be recognized for the excellent employee that he is, never in all my years(86) have I encountered such a nice manager.

I asked for non-accessible room and was told they were all sold out even after my request was returned as granted. Then put in a room where all you could hear was the dryer from the guest laundry. Was given another room and it was fine.
There are no signs to direct you - to elevators, pool, lobby, front desk, etc. I have never stayed in a hotel that did not have signs. It was hard to get your bearings as halls were short and no directions.
