During my stay, there was lots of screaming in the middle of the night . No staff or security was seen at all to stop the issue . I couldn’t rest . Thanks , Yuris G

Bed was terrible, large gap under door. Tp is cheap.not enough pillows. Hairs on sheets. Tv didnt turn on with remote. Customer service was great!

This is by far the worst hotel you could stay at. At first, my partner was given the wrong room, and then when he got to his room, again was not what we reserved, he noticed how dirty it was, the bedding wasn’t clean, and the blanket had cigarette holes in it. Upon switching rooms we were given what we did not pay for. And it was again unkept and quite frankly the rooms are just falling apart. I will be requesting a refund as this property was not what they are displaying, and quite frankly over priced. I would not recommend you staying here unless you don’t care about hygiene or safe conditions.

My first night I got off work at 3:30am in the morning sat. And I could not get into my room because homeless man broke into my room while I was at work and removed all my things and placed the outside the door.

I’m not one to write reviews but this room by far has been the worst. Right when we arrived the room had an odd smell and as we went into the restroom it smelled worst. We had to give a $60 deposit and it has not been returned and it was now posted on my bank account and we left the room clean and nothing was broken. Save your self the trouble do not book here.

We were there for 2 nights. The hotel in general need some maintenance, some of the blinds were broken, sting smell of cigarettes and pot, the walls were very dirty, microwave very dirty. I will point out that the beds were comfortable and the bathroom very clean although the towels had a lot of lint. The price for the room was not cheap. I’ve stayed in other hotels a lot nicer and cleaner for less of what we paid. Also AC worked well for the 107 degrees.

I travel with my husband who is handicap and I was given a second floor room because they don’t have 2 beds on the first floor. Only on the smoking side which ofcourse I could not accept. TV didn’t work, the area is definitely not family friendly. They have limited parking so I hd to park next to a dumper on a fire lane.

our stay was perfect, we used the room for sleeping and showering, thats what its designed for, its not a resort, the staff was friendly and very helpful, easy access to food coffee and the freeway, perfect for our in and out stay

Make sure you call the hotel you are planning to stay prior to booking it thru any 3rd party website (hotels.com, expedia.com, etc.) The site lists all the hotel's amenities, but it could be out of service. When I checked in, I found out the pool, jacuzzi and breakfast were not available due to Covid-19. That was a bummer. Ok, that was my bad for not doing my due diligence. When I checked in at 3:15 PM, we didn't get our room until 30 mins later. Check in time is 3:00 PM. Apparently, our room was not cleaned. We had 2 queen size beds but used only one of them. The bedsheet on one of the beds was not clean. I won't say more. One inconvenience really got to me was when I had to call room service to get new towels, I had to dial the number to the hotel because there is no room service call button on the phone in our room.

Did not like the fact that I booked a smoking room and when I arrived was told they don't have smoking rooms even though it says smoking in their ad on your website was very disappointed could not even step outside door to have a cigarette had to go to a designated smoking area or the sign said if caught you will lose your deposit was very disappointed will never stay there again!!!

The staff were rude and conducted them selfs in a very unprofessional manner. I would have ratber stayed in my car and then to top it off they made up some ridiculous excuse to keep my 150.00$ deposit. I couldnt believe the way i was juice

Looked okay was not pleased with the first room so got a second one and had to pay more money for it. Staff was friendly but place looked a bit run down. Shower was nice, beds were nice, it was close to everything but the place did looked like it needed repairs

Very unsettling area. Immediately saw a group of individuals arguing and mentioning weapons. It was unfortunate to see that the woman working the front desk had to walk outside and shout for them to stop. I should've known it wasn't the greatest area when she had the "night time" window open and wouldn't allow cutomers to walk into the office. I didnt feels safe staying at this hotel and no choice but to lose money and book at a nearby Motel 6 that was much more safe, clean and comfortable. I requested a refund from the Econo hotel but was told i had to speak to a manger who was not on site. Unfortunately i had no time to spare since the situation made me an hour late for a wedding. Ive been in contact with expedia and i am hoping they can rectify this situation, especially since i went ahead and booked another motel through them the same day.

I paid for a smoking suite $112 and got a regular room in which that costed 95.. the room i paid for was supposed to have a couch as well.. the lady on the phone in front desk was rude. And said i had to take it up with you guys

I been to the same place with smoking room in the past n this time they charge me extra for smoking for plus when I ask the front desk why they got a lil offended bcuz of the fact that I ask I just don’t like how they got upset when I was just asking a question but next time I know the place is not a good place to stay motel 6 is way better then that place but I could even hear people upstairs walk all night back n forth any how not a good place to stay
