The breakfast highlight was the warm cinnamon buns, the lowlight was the very thin bacon. The bathroom in our room needed updating. The grout around the tub was in bad condition. The shower nozzle was great!

The AC/heater is under the window and it was pretty cold and rainy when we arrived so we set the thermostat on 70 on the unit gauge. We turned it off when we left the next day. It had rained and we don’t know how it happened but the carpet was soaked. Unless the AC was running, we didn’t think there should have been any condensation. The coffee maker did not work right. Shower good, breakfast fine. Typical Hampton but pretty expensive.

Your public bathrooms do not have seat covers. Totally unsanitary. Your breakfast was awful. Potatoes dry, eggs had no flavor.

We were only there for one night. We arrived late, and they had problems with there internet, so they had difficulty checking us in. the receptionist made us feel that it was our problem, even if we had prepaid. She was a bit rude. We slept well, the room was nice, and the breakfast was very good. A good variety.

Hotel itself wasn't bad- Convenient location right off the freeway, hotel was pretty nice and had nice rooms. The issue was the weird HORRIBLE ammonia /sewage smell in every part of the hotel! Not sure why, first room we were given smelled like ammonia so bad we went back to the front desk immediately to switch rooms. The lady behind the desk was borderline rude about bothering her with changing our room and didn't address why the awful smell when we asked. The second room wasn't as stinky, but the ammonia/sewage smell was there constantly, making it difficult to enjoy the stay. The heater/ac had something wrong with it and was super loud too. Overall, we were glad to leave as the smell was like something that seemed like it was a problem with the whole hotel or the sewer as it stunk like ammonia /sewer everywhere in there. We just sucked it up and stayed as we had driven for hours to get to the area and were too tired to switch hotels. Very strange- I overheard a couple of other people talking about wondering what the stinky odor was when we were in the breakfast area in the morning too.

Overall stay was nice they allowed me to check in early after a long drive from CA . The room was not clean dirty long hair in shower and sink , broken grab bar handle in shower , cracked entry light in room , went down to front desk due to having a severe headache and asked the lady at front desk Sommer I think her name was was extremely rude like I was inconvenienced her . When she asked me what room I was in I gave her wrong room number because I couldn’t think straight so she requested my ID instead of asking for my name . House keeping never came once during the 7 days to clean or bring new towels etc have stayed here many times over the past 6 years but probably never again. Poor customer service by staff with the exception of dawn I think her name was during check in she was very friendly

Very nice place to stay. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of hot and cold food options as well as a nice small coffee bar with syrup and cream choices. Really enjoyed our overnight stay.

Around 9:10/9:15 pm 12/1/23 The from desk representative was very rude on multiple occasions. She was bothered by me asking for basic sanitary necessities and when I asked for her name she responded by “none of your business” when I was heading towards the elevator she left her work station and followed me to the elevator and continued to argue. When I kept repeating for her to have a good night she responded by saying “I hope you have a bad one” very displeasing and honestly shocking service to say the least. I know where to not bother stating now and for paying a decent amount of money for multiple rooms, the service did not match what so ever

Located in a great area: near highways, Dennys and other restaurants, walmart,gas stations all are walking distance.Room clean.When you enter the hotel there is a smell, the maid service didnt exist and there free breakfasts taste terrible. Skeleton staff but always pleasant.The plug to work the shower was not visible

No maid service and we were there for 3 nights. After the first day of no maid service I asked the desk clerk that night and she informed me every other day they have maid service. We arrived later in the evening on the third night and our room still hadn’t been cleaned. Our room was suppose to be non smoking, definitely was not, smelled horrible like cigarettes and a burn hole on one of the blankets on the beds. Hair that didn’t belong to us on the bathroom floor and it smelled like someone hot boxed cigarettes in the bathroom when we opened the door. Our real complaint was the dirty room, no maid service and cigarette smoke in the non smoking room. The Receptionists were great at the front desk as well as the breakfast, pool, jacuzzi, and comfortable beds.

We have had such a wonderful day. The room is beautiful, comfortable. The breakfast was really good. The friendliness of the staff is awesome. Enjoyed the swimming pool, and the hot tub.

This location was pretty decent compared to hotels i've stayed in Scottsdale. Their breakfast has good options and the protein changes daily. My only nitpick was that i felt that the water pressure was lower than i'd like.

It is a great experience.. Room is large and bath room is clean... has Soap, conditioner and shampoo. Breakfast is good and courteous staff. Check in and check out is pretty smooth. Walmart is 5 min walk. I prefer to visit again when I visit Phoenix.

Room was dirty with hair in tub, old crusty food stuck to desk, white powder on floor and side table. Rooms are very dark, parking lot is limited when they get big semis and trucks with trailers. Elavator is slow, morning front desk staff seemed bothered when trying to check out.

So we checked into our room and noticed a bunch of black bugs so we let staff know of bugs and they offered us another room . So we get the other room and still black bugs it wasn’t as bad as the first room they gave us anyway we get into our 3 rd room they gave us and still black bugs so I call yo see if we can get another hotel elsewhere . I called Expedia and they get on the pink me with hotel and they wouldn’t give us a refund so we decided to stay plus they Made sure the room they gane us had no bugs . Well we thought we got a room but free anyways we get comfortable and as the night went on so did the bugs Kept showing up everywhere . With the weather over 100 we decide to swim so we get to pool area and all jump into pool and my goodness there were so many bugs on the bottom of pool it was gross yney had windows without screens breakfast was not good they had only one ice machine for the whole hotel the other ones were out of service we were very unhappy I

The check in person was unfriendly and told me that I had 2 prepaid rooms. I asked for the manager who worked it out for me. Later when we mentioned the bugs the original lady told us we could check out & go elsewhere. We will next time.
