This was a lovely 2-night stay. Exceeded expectations in the areas of: pool/hot tub/sauna, room, breakfast and friendliness of staff. The property seemed newer and furnishings were nice. I didn't expect the hot tub and didn't use it but the sauna and pool were very nice. The bad: I did see tile or two missing in a bathroom and pool area and a small glass shelf in our bathroom wasn't wiped clean but also wasn't super dirty. Bed pillows were too big for my taste but the rest of the bed was great and I slept well.

Had to get a room last minute, booked one online in about 5 minutes. When we checked in we immediately got showered up to go get some dinner. Had an issue with the room that was immediately resolved by the front desk. In the morning we went to get breakfast and the chef came over to greet us and ask if we wanted anything in particular, tslked a little bit, then knowing we were from out of town gave us some breakfast sandwiches for later. We travel a lot for work... best service by a hotel/motel I've experienced.

Hotel was great. They also changed the night easily and without question to the night before- something I tried to do through Orbitz but the Orbitz Rep claimed they wouldn’t change it when they called. Next time I will book direct, which was cheaper.

We had a great time during our stay. The room was so cool, the air conditioning was fabulous after a day on the boat. The swimming pool was slightly heated perfect to get into. Our kids loved breakfast and swimming.

The staff was extremly helpful. The one strange thing was that housekeeping doesn't pay any attention to the "clean room" signs on the door. We found that out by calling the front desk because our "hanger" was missing and they hadn't cleaned the room. We were told we had to call the front desk to request our room be cleaned.

The TV wouldn't work properly. The front desk hostess tried, but was unable to fix the problem. The manager called the next day and said she would reimburse the $40.00 pet fee for the inconvenience. Thanks! Observation: I think the pet fee should be on a sliding scale dependent on the size of the dog. Just saying...our 9 pound Pomeranian is not going to be jumping on furniture like a 100 pound husky.

Our stay was peaceful and restful. We enjoyed the room very much. The down side was asking for a receipt and the clerk was willing to fight tooth and nail and did not give me one because I booked thru you. Why not?
