Because of my disability I was very specific about how far I could walk without a wheelchair. I asked in email and on the phone that my room was as close to the lobby as possible. Nope ! dead center from either entrance door. Staff needs to believe what customers tell them regarding disabilities.

We have been traveling for 10 days. During these 10 days we stayed at multiple hotels Third Street Inn was one of the quietest motels we stayed at. Never heard a door slam, never heard people out in the hallway. The room was clean. The breakfast options were beyond normal standards with a variety of choices.
The beds could have been a little softer but that's just my preference.

Convenience to downtown
We were put in a handicap room with 2 queens when I booked a regular room with a king bed

Breakfast was nice...room was clean and comfortable.
Water pressure was poor (you could barely rinse your hair) and on the last morning there was no hot water at all. When I told the clerk I was told one hot water heater had been out for a couple weeks and so didn't work at prime times when they are full.
