Very poor lighting in the room, and cold hallways for the long walk to the casino. Comfortable bed. Not a bad stay, but nothing to justify the increased cost to be "near" the casino.

Went for a getaway to see Bob Segar Tribute band! Was an excellent show the room was clean & spacious, swimming pool was a little too cold for my taste but other that excellent experience.

Check in was a night mare. Waited 40 mins in line (zero tolerance for early check in. They will just stand and stare at you until 4pm on the dot and then begin check ins). My husband waited in the car during this time. I had to get him to come in because they wouldnt take a credit card with my name on it, needed to be his (as the room was booked under his name, origional payment card was not). Other than that, enjoyed our stay.

Not so good, basic hotel. Expected better from the casino hotel. Found hair in my shower along with puddles of water. The desk was so dirty omg looked like they showed all the dirt under there but accidentally knocked it over when they were leaving lol probably won’t stay here again

Property was fine. Lots to do but hot tub down. I had booked 4 rooms as part of stay. Casino fun, restaurants ok. Front desk staff at hotel in the evening were not friendly at all’ Found an old cigarette on top of the desk light and I do not smoke

We were away for a sisters weekend. Hotel was very nice and staff was helpful. Loved the nice big room and the convenience of being in the same building as the casino.

Was not informed I would be in a room with a connecting door. I might as well have been in the same room with them it was so loud. Zero soundproofing. Not impressed at all.

Close to the highways and easy to connect to other roads to get wherever I need to go. Level 2 electric car charger for guests would be nice

It took 50 minutes to check in and when I mentioned I never had to go through a lineup like this before I was told “oh it’s usually worse than this” on a concert night. I don’t know why I had to wait so long for my key because I already paid for the room online. I thought the front desk staff were slow and just mediocre in their duties. The room was pleasant enough but dark we hardly had any light. The bathroom lighting was TERRIBLE you could hardly see to put on makeup and that was with the makeup mirror on.

The room was really great very clean.Also very quiet. The only thing is when we arrive for checking there was a line up it took about 45 minutes before we could check in.But the personnel were very nice .

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very professional. We had a bag of popcorn we brought for our 11 year old, no microwave for us to pop it in. The young man at the front desk (Branden), took it to the staff area and popped it for us, then delivered it to our room. Little things like that is why we’d return again.

The rooms are very spacious, location is right off the highway, pool, gym and casino, bar & dining located in hotel.

Check in lineup was unbelievable for the year 2023, not enough staff and no electronic options. Worst part though was, strangely enough, the poor quality of the pillows. They were very small and not very pliable, made for a very poor night’s sleep. If not for the lack of options in the area I would say I wouldn’t stay here again but that is difficult to do.

Difficuly checking. At times only one person at desk. Long line ups. The hotel new it was going to be busy with the weekend, concert, and New Years Day Holiday. They should have been prepared. Arrived at 2;30, we was told 30 mins. We kept checking in and the kept saying another 30 minutes. We didnt get our keys until 5:30. Unexceptable. By the time we got our stuff to our room we didnt have time to clean up for dinner.

We were attending a concert at the Casino, so the hotel provides a nice option for overnight stay. Unfortunately, it seems that the venue forgot there was a concert that night, and it seems they forgot to check the weather report. When we arrived at the hotel at 4:45, there was an enormous line up of people waiting to check in. Upon our arrival only two people were at the front desk to check in the hotel guests. We spoke to people at the concert and they were told they could not check in begin or 4:00. In fact they felt they were treated rather rudely. It seems that Casino New Brunswick needs to take some lessons from other hotels regarding check in procedures.

Concert on at casino No parking other that back of property No access to hotel from back parking lot Concert goers took hotel patron parking No security for elevator access or hotel access Drunk and loud yelling in hallways through out the night Room 331 was of the charts Noise after concert from 10pm till 11pm Then again at 3pm when casino closed Accepted norm for this hotel If you want a noisy,paper thin walled place ,with no hotel security This should be your top choice

Front desk staff are courteous , professional and very welcoming . Our room , while clean , was in need of a reno , with wall paper seams coming apart and carpet desperately needs replacing . And the pillows are of poor quality and should be replaced .

We enjoyed our stay at the Casino Hotel. The property is clean and well kept! The staff are friendly and very accommodating. We had our dog with us as well and the staff were very pleasant. The Casino was an added bonus to our stay. Enjoyed the entire experience!

I liked the fact that you can get right to the casino from the hotel room that was excellent. The staff were nice. What I did not like was how dusty our room was, there were stained sheets on the bed. Our bathroom fan did not work, when you got in the hot tub it smelled of mold, looked into the filters they were not cleaned well at all. There were clumps of hair or what looked to be a couple of hairnets in the pool.
