Modern building, well kept. Staff courteous and friendly. Room clean and comfortable, would stay there again.

Our stay was great but there was a lot of noise outside of our room with children/teens running back and forth made it difficult when travelling with two younger children that go to bed early. Other than that the stay was good. Breakfast was good. Close to everything.

I agree with most reviews that this hotel is a great stay; rooms are clean, location is great, and the service was mainly good. However, our experience, in particular, was not too pleasant. Perhaps it was because we checked in later in the day (in the evening) we were given room 105 on the main floor. I was informed at the time right away (for some reason) by the receptionist that it was the only room left available (I had reserved a room 3 weeks prior). Because our room was so close to the elevators, and there is barely any furniture/ carpets in that area, every sound had more echo. Also, because it was a Friday night, people were in and out until 3 or 4 am and the issue was that some of them hung around the elevator laughing and chatting for more than a few minutes. Needless to say, this was highly disturbing of our sleep, especially our kids’. So I would probably stay there again, but only if I can reserve a room not on the main floor/next to the lobby.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. We liked the hotel and area. We had fun skating at the oval beside the hotel too. The only thing we didn’t like would be the teenagers/kids running around on the floor above us sounded like a stampede.

Cleanlyness was absolutely perfec excel the rug was wet everywhere. Room are big and we can cast on the tv. Bed confortables and lots of pillows. Best!

The rooms bed was so soft it actually hurt to sleep it, we asked house keeping to make our bed and give us clean towels, they didn’t take the dirty one and didn’t make the bed, actually just put the towels on the unmade bed. We put our garbage in the hall and it sat there for over 24 hours

Very comfortable, nice to have that heated parking lot available. I just hope room was have odor nuetralizer or freshener,we can smell like an old room,not sure is it form the heater.
What we love about is its very near to our favorite restaurants.

Was my first time staying at this hotel, i usually stay at the Hyatt in downtown moncton, but couldn’t because hotel was fully booked. Decided to give it a go with your hotel, and i was blown away, this will definitely be my go to hotel in moncton now!

Our room was lovely and clean. However, we arrive at 2:50 after a 2 hour drive with our excited son, and were told our room wasn’t ready and they “weren’t sure when it would be because check in is anytime AFTER 3.”
Our plan had been to swim until 4 then meet friends for dinner and our planned event.
I’ve stayed in many hotels and have never been told this. I’d check in is at 3, you get your room at 3. We waited for over half an hour in the lobby, and they were busy so I can understand that. But then we were told by a nicer staff member he could switch us to a room that was ready.
My son went to open the door and the room was full of another family’s items!
Thank god they weren’t in there. By the time we got switched again it was about 4:30 and our plans had to be changed.
I am incredibly disappointed and likely won’t stay again.

Everything seemed great with booking however upon arrival your hit with a $17 per day on-site parking fee as parking is limited. We booked 2 queen beds which appeared to be a double. And the housekeeping is limited to customers who only stay 3 nights. They do not clean daily if your not staying more than 3 nights. Would not recommend as there are many other choices in Moncton and Dieppe that have free parking and better housekeeping.

We stay at quite a few hotels in the run of a year. This Hotel is by far the absolute cleanest!! Every inch of the hotel was immaculate, even the parking garage. Incredible job by the housekeeping and maintenance departments. Very efficient check in and really friendly employees at the front desk. We've stayed here a few times and always find it clean and comfortable. This time we did find the room hard to maintain a comfortable temperature, but that could be user error as well...
