The location was convenient for our activities.
Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean, but finishings in the room were old and in need of repair/replacement - holes in the chair upholstery, pulls in the carpet, veneer chipped or missing on the furniture, the lamp shades were desperate and the spout in the bathtub was loose. The key card was hit or mis at our door and at the pool access.
Good selection for breakfast, but the toaster needs to be upgraded (very slow to toast) and at 6:10am there was not yet hot breakfast available and at 9:50am there was no hot breakfast left.
The pool area was great for kids - they loved the slide. It was clean and not overly chemical smelling.

when we got there the parking lot was a sheet of ice. No salt, only at entrance.
The following day it started snowing covering the ice in the parking lot. We had a parent whom fell and couldnt get up. When we got back to the hotel we had informed front desk that the parking lot needed to be salted and their reseponse was that they called the the snow plow wasnt coming because it was turning to rain, which it did and that froze over night. An aunt whom was leaving sunday morning also fell. You could have skated on it.

Two of our group had slipped and fell on the ice out front. When I ask the front desk they said she called the snow a guy told her he's not coming because it is going to rain and wash it away. Boy was he wrong it froze and caused to accidents. I am not impressed. That is unacceptable and poorly addressed.

The hotel is 3 minutes away from the airport. We had an early flight and they have no shuttle service but they made sure we had a taxi in time. Great service overall. We would stay again.

Clearly, there was cigarette smoke in our wing. My husband commented on this at reception where they said it is a no-smoking venue. I had booked through Hotels.com and I felt the space was “less” than I had stayed in last. We’d had shuttle service before. It is no longer available, replaced by a taxi service which was very good. We left too early to have the breakfast but were encouraged to help ourselves to the food items already set out. The cigarette smoke is a real game changer for us, as well as the lack of shuttle.

I have had better hotel experience even with 3star properties, their entire crew act like your stay is a favor. Hospitality was 0, breakfast always had something missing, broken waffle dispenser, overcooked sausages and eggs, no child friendly meal options even when they claim to be a family friendly property.

Nice, clean hotel. I was excited it had a pool...but the pool was cold. Therefore we didn't use it. Mentioned it to the front desk person. She didn't give us any indication she would pass our concerns on.

Conviniently located near the airport. Staff was polite, gave us a better view room upon check-in. However, at 2 am heater overheated and genetated a terrible burning smell. Maintence issues? Who knows. Reported issue at check out but have not get an apology from the hotel management yet.

Arranged for a late checkin, upon arrival, help to bring in my suitcase was not offered. I am a senior citizen traveling over 15 hours. A little help would have been appreciated. After settling into the room, had to get up and wear my coat and hat. The room was freezing. It was so cold I decided to skip the included breakfast and leave early. When I told front desk I couldn’t sleep because my room was freezing, the response was “Oh that’s too bad”

My recent stay at Quality Inn fell far short of expectations. Despite booking a king double room with a hot tub, as per the enticing pictures on Expedia, there was no hot tub in the room.
To make matters worse, the bathroom showcased visible mold above both the shower and toilet, raising serious hygiene concerns. This not only marred the overall experience but also highlighted a lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance.
Regrettably, the disparity between the advertised amenities and the actual room condition significantly impacted my stay. I hope this feedback prompts necessary improvements for future guests.

Everything was above and beyond. Staff is awesome. The breakfast was amazing. Rooms are clean and fresh. Whenever I have to be in Moncton, this is the place I will be staying at.

There was trash in the drawers and old food in the in room refrigerator.. the shower also needed a good scrub. Room cleaning was not up to par

Booked a king room and was told upon arrival after i had already been charged that they could only provide a queen bed bit were not willing to adjust any pricing. Hotel staff were very noisy starting at 6am.room very poorly lit with lamps that didnt work and a tub that didnt drain. Would never stay here again

The pool is great for young kids, the jets in our room were terrible in the tub, save the extra money and get the room without the jet tub. The bathroom was small compared to other hotel rooms. Only one elevator is working. And to be honest, when the good elevator started acting up we opted for stairs so be careful.

Very clean and quiet, comfortable beds, many amenities. For the price, it’s our top pick if we’re looking to relax and not splurge. The staff are not as willing to help as other places we’ve stayed but overall it’s a good hotel.
